This historic 2 BR,1 BA duplex is the perfect location to walk to all the village amenities and the famous Shore Path.(Sun-Sat)
A charming, sunny duplex located in a convenient in-town location. It's comfortable and convenient to all the amenities of the village and the waterfront. Walk everywhere, enjoy the Island Explorer bus system and leave the car behind.
Located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac which is just steps away from the entrance to the famous Bar Harbor Shore Path and the harbor/oceanfront. Nicely appointed, comfortably furnished. Hardwood floors. Off street parking. Nice grounds, with grill and picnic table. New AC in BR & Living area.
**This house books Sunday to Saturday, $1640 rental rate for six nights. $3400 rental rate for 13 night bookings (Sunday to the second Saturday).
First floor: sun porch, living room, large eat-in kitchen/dinig area.
Second floor: two bedrooms and bath with antique tub/shower.
No smoking. No pets. Linens & towels provided. .
