Sweet 2BR 1.5BA oceanfront cottage with a "sister" cottage, on a great beach near Acadia NP & Bar Harbor
This ocean side guest cottage sits next door to Cole Cottage, and offers immediate access to the shore at Cole's Cove. Complete with all the amenities, it provides an affordable getaway in the midst of a beautiful setting. Proximity to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor is a plus!
FIRST FLOOR: Open floor plan with Living/Dining and Kitchen area with propane monitor heater. Primary Bedroom with Queen bed and gas fireplace stove with ocean views and door to the deck. Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Laundry. Private office with pocket door.
SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs find an open Bedroom with a Queen bed and one Twin bed with small TV. Half Bath.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Waterside deck with furnishings and screened front porch. Swing set and Basketball hoop. Sorry, no fires allowed on the beach.
Part of the Cole Cottage Compound, Cross Carriage House is a cozy 2 BR cottage with water views & a terrific bayfront beach. Near Acadia National Park (3 mi) and Bar Harbor (5 mi). This is a place to relax and enjoy nature and the serenity of our beautiful island. Features a private, large water-view deck and park-like, landscaped grounds with large lawn areas.
You can rent Cross Carriage House along with it's "sister" Cole Cottage and provide for up to 10 guests; Cross Carriage House is available alone and is suitable for 2 adults (max) and up to 2 children.
Carriage House First floor: living/dining/kitchen combination, master queen bedroom w/gas fireplace, laundry/office,den and tub/shower bathroom. Second floor: bedroom with full & twin beds and 1/2 bath.
