Description

The Carriage House is an elegant newly constructed home located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. Open kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances flows to the family room with gas fireplace and front dining area. There is plenty of light from several large windows and sliding door to back yard. The front living room has a pull out couch for extra sleeping space. A hardwood floor flows thoughout the 1st floor. Completing the downstairs is a half bath with tiled floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer. The large master bedroom has a private bath with separate soaker tub and shower. The two bedrooms in the front of the house look out to Holland Ave and have 1 queen bed and two twin beds. The Queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and a lovely circular window. The Carriage House is located on a quiet downtown side street just steps from the ocean and walking distance to all Bar Harbor has to offer for a perfect vacation!

The Carriage House does not allow pets but if you're looking for a pet friendly rental we have two other homes that welcome pets, The Holland House and Westview Cottage on Holland Ave same great location!

Beyond expectations! New, bright and comfortable. Fireplace was a bonus. Kitchen was well supplied. Linens were great. Convenient to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia.
