Description
Our Country House is located in a peaceful rural environment, 2 km from the town of Bassano Romano (Viterbo Province), 50 km from Rome. It is situated within an estate of 1 hectare of land, with a verdant park.
Driving up from the gate, we come to a verdant garden, full of trees and flowers, with a pizza and barbecue hut. A large covered terrace (South) sitting 14, leads into a long spacious living room (open space 13 m x 4 m) with 4 skylights that create a bright atmosphere.
The long living room includes a very large fully equipped kitchen with a table sitting 4, a dishwasher, a larder and a washing machine area, opening onto the front terrace and garden. This large open space includes a dining area sitting 8 on the southern side, opening onto the front terrace and garden through a wide French window and leads to the elevated panoramic terrace on the northern side through 2 wide French windows. . It also includes drawing areas with sofas and armchairs sitting 10.
At the northern end of the living room, to the right, we find a master bedroom with a double bed, leading into a very spacious panoramic bathroom having a double-seat Jacuzzi with a wide window overlooking the park and landscape.
On the opposite southern side of the ample living room, to the left, there is another double bedroom overlooking the park, with a large bathroom (bathtub and shower) having a wide French window opening onto the portico overlooking the park.
Guests may enjoy the use of the pizza hut in the front garden, where tables and chairs may be set among trees and flowers for outdoor (or indoor, according to the weather) pizza or barbecue evenings..
The Country House uses clean energy provided by solar panels installed on the shed by the gate. A wi-fi connection is available throughout the property. We have a satellite TV in the living room and electric fans in all rooms. We stand at an altitude of 600 m and the weather in summer is never too hot : we often enjoy a cool breeze. The park and garden provide ample outdoor spaces with deck-chairs, tables and parasols
