This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath heated pool home is located just blocks from downtown Boca Raton. Walk to Mizner Park and Royal Palm Plaza, museums, movie theaters, stores, supermarkets and dozens of restaurants. Boca Raton's Town Center is just a few minutes' ride from the home.
The property is less than 2 miles from the ocean. Enjoy tranquil lake views from its screened and covered patio. Fully fenced, the home offers complete privacy.
The home will sleep up to 8 people, has a 1 car garage, and its spacious driveway will accommodate multiple vehicles. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and there are 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The sofa in the Family room opens to a queen size bed to sleep 2 more people. Additional bed available upon request.
Wifi and cable are included and there are 4 flat screen TVs in the home. The home has a wonderful open layout with pocket sliding doors, which allow you to completely open the sliding doors and make your living and family rooms part of the outside covered patio. The pool is heated.
You are less than 100 yards from the J. Patrick Linch Golden Fig Park and can walk to the Boca Raton Downtown Library and Tennis Center. Easy access to I-95, the home is just a short half hour ride from West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, and 45 minutes from Miami.
