Large Town home; 2200 square feet; 3 bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 8. Fully furnished; weekly maid service (no extra cleaning charge) , towel exchange, including pool towels. On site office, maintenance and housekeeping. Steps from heated pool and BBQ. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, huge rooms. On Ocean Blvd. directly across the street from the ocean beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, fishing pier, and more.
Various dates are available. Saturday to Saturday weekly rental. No additional cleaning, parking or other hidden fees.

Response from the owner Any issues should have been reported to the office, and would have been immediately taken care of. Dining room light fixture was replaced with a new ceiling fan and light. Sofa bed was replaced with a new one in 2012.
