A home for less than motel rooms. Not just an apartment. New decoration and furniture in 2019 and 2020. Immaculate condition.

Large Town home; 2200 square feet; 3 bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 8. Fully furnished; weekly maid service (no extra cleaning charge) , towel exchange, including pool towels. On site office, maintenance and housekeeping. Steps from heated pool and BBQ. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, huge rooms. On Ocean Blvd. directly across the street from the ocean beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, fishing pier, and more.

Various dates are available. Saturday to Saturday weekly rental. No additional cleaning, parking or other hidden fees.

Miles of ocean beach across the street. A block from city bus.stop. Car is recommended - Parking steps from your door. Easy access to the freeways and Florida tollway.

The condo office is open 7 days a week. On site maintenance and housekeepers to take care of any needs you have. Office has books, puzzels, games and videos you can borrow, computer and printer for boarding tickets or take care of other needs you have. Discount coupons for dining and attractions. Response from the owner Any issues should have been reported to the office, and would have been immediately taken care of. Dining room light fixture was replaced with a new ceiling fan and light. Sofa bed was replaced with a new one in 2012.
