“perfect” We love Oar Island. It is the perfect vacation place for families with children of different ages, or just a couple. There is hiking, sunning, relaxation, but mostly what we love about Oar Island is the isolation. It is an adventure as well, since the only way to get there is by the little motorboat. It is a getaway for certain kinds of people; but if you prefer the Marriott type of stay, this is not that kind, it is much more "out-doorsy".

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Wonderful Place” We went as a family in the beginning of summer for a few days away. Everything was as described. The dining area was perfect to fit all of us together for a family dinner. The deck is perfect to sit and relax with a great view of lake. Everything you need for a BBQ was provided. The living room has a large fireplace , which we used even in the summer! The dock was a little bit of a walk, but well worth it. It is right on the lake with a table to sit and enjoy the lake. The owner was very accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely rent the place again! Very reasonable for a home so close to lake.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. A special thanks to anna for being so helpful with her recommendations for shopping and dining. We look forward to coming back soon!

“Another perfect stay!” It couldn't have been more perfect! Christmas and New Years in paradise. Of course, we are biased, we are the owners, but every time we get to come and enjoy our house we thank our lucky stars that we bought it. Its a great mix of comfort and luxury and we love our afternoon snacks and a drink while watching the sun go down. This year we had the family down again for Christmas (on the lanai!) So much fun to entertain at the big table and share a meal. Even though it was a bit chilly we turned on the pool heat and had a consistent 90 degrees...the moonlight swims were fabulous! Whats also great is that it is such a quick drive over to the beach, we can just hop in the car in within 15 min be down there for the sunset, New Year's fireworks or just a stroll. Looking forward to our next visit!! We hope you will enjoy the house as much was we do!

“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Wonderful Spring Visit” The condo is exactly as described and has one of the best (if not the best) view among the surrounding low profile condo buildings. Interior furnishings were a cut above most units and added to our great experience. Great fishing opportunities and plenty of other options for golf / tennis / exploring. We made side trip down to Citywalk in West Palm Beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend this unit!

“A heavenly little retreat in paradise” Bethany and her husband have the perfect set-up in Lake Travis. A snuggly little cabin tucked away in the middle of nowhere is the ultimate mode of relaxation. It immediately felt like home and a vacation at the same time. Not only are they passionate about finding quality beauty in everyday things, but they also have the most wonderful story of following their passions. Please go, give it a try, and unwind! :)

“OZARK MOUNTAIN FUN” My wife and I recently spent a wonderful and relaxing week in Eileen and Tom's luxury condo on Teble Rock Lake. We liked being close to all the activities surrounding Branson Missouri and Table Rock Lake without all the traffic and noise often found in Branson itself. In addition to Tom being extremely helpful in answering our questions the condo was all that was promised and more.

“We all love the place” This house is both casual and luxurious. The lakeside house has great beds, nice sheets, a well-equipped kitchen, an amazing open and scenic living room, a lovely garden surrounding the house and lots to do in the area. I've enjoyed walking on and exploring the area along the shore, wading out into the lake to swim, relaxing in the hammock, and cycling on the many country roads. I've stayed there several times, with and without my kids, and we all love the place.
