“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Perfect location - ideal rental for the Verde Valley!!!” My husband and I found this rental and it was PERFECT!!! The studio was spotless, the location was ideal for all of our day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Old town Cottonwood is super close and so quaint. The bed was so comfortable we asked where it came from so we can buy one for our home! It was so quiet, tranquil, and the pool is beautiful. We will definitely be back again!!!

“Absolutely perfect” This was a family trip including myself, two grandchildren, daughter & son-in-law for the primary purpose of scattering my husbands ashes. I could not have picked a better place to stay. It is just beautiful with the feel of home away from home. Every amenity you could ask for, spacious, private (even the pool), with special touches that make this a special place. The owners, Paul and Rosemary are two of the nicest people I've met in a long time making sure that you have everything needed but not intrusive. The proximity to Old Town, the mall, and just about anywhere you would like to go is great. I wish I could have stayed forever. Thank you Rosemary and Paul for helping to make this trip a celebration of life.

“Great Spring Training Location...” The house is great. We loved everything about it. We went to four different ballparks and the Nascar race at PIR, so didn't get to check out the pool. Definitely will try to stay again when we come back to aZ.

“Good enough to do again!” We were pleased that the unit was clean and ready for us - even had new small appliances and new sheets. Could have used an extra set of sheets so that the beds could be made up even when the sheets were in the laundry. The Comcast units had not been set up properly, when we were able to reach the office, someone promptly appeared and made things right. Overall we were ver satisfied and will rebook.However, the office is difficult to reach to make the initial bookings and slow to respond to questions before you arrive - and I have seen them make a mistake in booking two parties for the same condo. (This was straightened out - but caused some serious agitiation before it was resolved)

“This was a place of calm in a busy world.” My husband and I enjoyed a week at your casita. We found that it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. “Great Family Home” We stayed at Casa Saguaro for Thanksgiving week, 2016. There were two parents, two teenage boys and two grandmothers in our group. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and the bedroom configuration worked well for our family. We could have used one more full bath, or an outdoor shower for post-pool rinsing, but it wasn't too much of an issue. The pool area is fantastic and we used the pool and spa every day, as well as the outdoor dining table. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on a few nights. The location is pretty far from Central Scottsdale (Old Town), if that's where you plan to spend time, but it is in a gorgeous location where the desert is more lush, and there are quite a few shopping areas nearby, as well as Cave Creek and Carefree. All in all I really liked the location, especially if you plan to hike or bike as there are myriad places to do both nearby. We will definitely consider renting this house next time we are in Arizona!

“Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.
