“Close to Old Town Scottsdale” Candice was very accomodating wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated very stylish. Comfortable beds with plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Nice linens. All standard applicances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Having a single car garage at ground level was also very nice. The local trolly also stops in front of the condo complex. Grocery, post office, and drug stores within walking distance. This condo is close to Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium with quick access to the freeway. We liked being minutes away from many attractions including restaurants, museums, parks and shopping.

“Absolutley Wonderful!!” The photos we saw don't do the place justice. It was just beautifully appointed, situated in a maginficient location, just perfect for our family. All the amenities are at your fingertips, both inside and outside. Cari-Lee thought of everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, and she was always there when we needed to ask about anything. We had a lot of fun playing golf and tennis, and the kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Ps: There is no Check-in and Service per say so i gave it five stars anyway other wise wonderful.

“Our stay at your home made for a fanastic vacation.” We love the home and accommodations wonderful. Location was excellent, nearby everything anyone could need. The view... oh my gosh beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The attached garage in the washer and dryer for a bonus. We loved working with our contact person, Bre. “Location, Comfort, and Value all in One and with a Spectacular V” This property offered the perfect set-up for a short reunion of three sisters in there sixties and each of their hubbies. Everything we needed was available and Tim and Karen were attentive to our needs and easy to work with. This home handled the needs of six adults very well. We all slept well as the beds were comfortable. We ate well as we prepared a few meals at the home, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Both the dining room and living room were set-up to accommodate six adults comfortably. Overall a great stay and you won't believe the view right out the living room windows! The one slight inconvenience was the low water pressure, which Tim assured me he would look in to and correct. Overall a great stay!

“Nice place!” What a great place. Great location. Nice courtyard that was totally enclosed for our dog. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Seen deer and javalinas across the street. Really great view! Thanks Carolyn!

“Great Spring Training Location...” The house is great. We loved everything about it. We went to four different ballparks and the Nascar race at PIR, so didn't get to check out the pool. Definitely will try to stay again when we come back to aZ.

“Very quiet and beautiful mountain views” My husband and I stayed here in January of 2014 and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The first thing we noticed when we came were the beautiful mountain views. Just gorgeous. We had friends over a couple of times and the place was very comfortable and felt like home. This was our first time to Phoenix and we were very happy with our choice. The owner was pleasant and hospitable. We used the gym once and it had great equipment. The pool area also had nice mountain views and we loved the jacuzzi! Especially in the evening. It was a nice escape and hope to come back in the future.

“VERY CUTE COTTAGE CLOSE TO WHISKEY ROW......” This little cottage is really cute and comfortable. Easy walk to Whisky Row the most favorite place to be.. All you need is your food and clothes as this cottage has everything that you would find at home. We had to leave early due to a medical situation and the owner Karen has been more than understanding and kind to us.

“Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.

“This Condo is easy to use” We (two couples) stayed here to have a home base to see the area for the first time. The location is near to the attractions, but not in visual distance. It was a short drive to downtown Sedona, plus the route took us past many of the red rock attractions. The local cafe (open for breakfast and lunch) was across the street and had great food, along with a grocery store next door to the cafe for dinner items. There was a small kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses. I liked having our own bathrooms and not having to share. There also was a TV in the living room along with one in each bedroom. We gave the master bedroom to the other couple, and I would have liked a queen bed in the second bedroom, but the full sized bed was OK. The decorations were nice and I had a nice surprise of an arrow just sitting on the fireplace!

“What a wonderful slice of paradise.” The condo was everything it said it would be. Spent 6 glorious weeks there and felt very much at home. Priscilla could not be more accommodating...The condo was clean, quiet and just beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay there. What I liked was it was centrally located to shopping centers, gyms & restaurants. I will surely go back. Thank you for your hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and relaxation. I give and excellent recommendation.

“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“A Little Bit of Heaven” The service received from Tina and John was second to none. The booking was easy and the house was immaculate. Every part of the vacation - from the cleanliness of the house, the pool, the area, even the weather - was either as expected or surpassed expectations. It's no wonder therefore that we've rented this particular house for just under a month, every year since 2001! The house is in a great position, close to local shops including a supermarket, lots of restaurants, a bank, opticians, etc. It's only a 7 minute drive to Scottsdale Road, the arterial north/south road that runs through the middle of Scottsdale. Even closer is the 101 Loop, the orbital freeway that encircles most of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and all points between. It connects to other major roads, eg the I 10, the interstate freeway that takes you to Los angeles, via Palm Springs, and the 60 and the 93, leading to Las Vegas. Scottsdale itself is clean and tidy and apart from being a haven for golfers, is also great for shopping, with several malls a short drive from the house. The eclectic choice of restaurants is also a big attraction!

“Perfect” Me and Chris just left Phoenix, we had a wonderful time and our stay here at the Condo was perfect. I can't say enough of good things about the Condo, it was great, everything you needed was there. Bryan was kind and answered all my questions and I was able to get in touch with him when needed. I would only stay there on my next trip to Phoenix.

“A Great House for a Family Reunion” This was the perfect house for my family's needs. The house is clean, beautiful and very spacious. We came for a family wedding and it was the ideal meeting place for all of relatives. I would definitely recommend it.

“third year rental” we love it here..and are already booked for next year, can't beat the beautiful view from the deck. Yes, this is an older house/cabin. But very comfortable. When you have the windows open, the house can get dusty quickly.. just as any house. Sherry is making improvements yearly to the cabin. Can walk into town. Great location for all kinds of hikes. If you are picky and want Hotel type accommodations, you might want to look else where .. but if you love the outdoors and the fresh clean air.. this could be the rental for you. It even has a fire pit outside and fire place inside.

“Fanastic” Location of condo in North Scottsdale in a gated community terrific. Easy access to pool and club house. Quiet. Close to all amenties. Weather great during our stay. Will most likely return.
