“Good enough to do again!” We were pleased that the unit was clean and ready for us - even had new small appliances and new sheets. Could have used an extra set of sheets so that the beds could be made up even when the sheets were in the laundry. The Comcast units had not been set up properly, when we were able to reach the office, someone promptly appeared and made things right. Overall we were ver satisfied and will rebook.However, the office is difficult to reach to make the initial bookings and slow to respond to questions before you arrive - and I have seen them make a mistake in booking two parties for the same condo. (This was straightened out - but caused some serious agitiation before it was resolved)

“This was a place of calm in a busy world.” My husband and I enjoyed a week at your casita. We found that it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the burros and they liked the carrots. It was easy to take day trips to see many of the local sights. Bill is a charming and helpful host. We are recommending your place to our friends.

“Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.

“Great location” The location is great. Very near Sabino Canyon and other points of interest for us. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The pool is small but well maintained and the grounds are beautiful.

“Loved it there!” We were hoping that the place lived up to our hopes as we had really no idea about how we would like North Phoenix. We chose it because it seemed centrally located for our explorations of various areas to possibly purchase a home. The biggest plus was the promise of wonderful walking trails very near by. The trails were all we could have asked for, the neighborhood is very lovely & private. No big city feel in the least! Our hosts, Nancy & Bill made us feel truly at home from the moment we walked in. In a nutshell.. We have plans to return two more times!

“Clean, comfortable, attractive condo” We spent a week at this condo in Scottsdale. Candice, the owner, was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. Two books were available to explain how things worked and to give information about dining, sights to see and how to get around. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the appliances that one would need. The unit was quiet and we felt safe and at home. However, if you want to be able to walk to shopping and sights, this is not the place for you. We had a car and were quite able to pick up groceries and go where we wanted to go.

“Delightful Stay at Troon North” We spent our spring break at Villa agave and enjoyed our stay immensely. The Villa was spacious, well-appointed and was located on a fairway of the Troon North golf course. The fairway was separated from the townhomes by a border of natural vegetation, helping to preserve privacy and habitat for native animals. We were awakened by the sound of coyotes howling near and far one evening. The Villa provided a convenient location for excursions into Scottsdale, Phoenix, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We hiked up the nearby Pinnacle Peak (beautiful but strenuous and crowded) and into the McDowell Sonoran Preserve area. The property manager was responsive and my wife commented on how well-stocked the villa was regarding amenities and staples. While we did not make use of it, there was a community pool just a couple of cul-de-sac courts away. A very enjoyable experience we hope to be able to repeat.

“Condo was nice, but........” Don't think we will pay a cleaning fee of $150 again.The baseboards were dirty, there were webs by the front door, dust on the shower ledge and dusty glasses in the cupboard.
