“magnifisent experience for the family” Villa Jaliza is a stunning villa up on small hill 10minutes away from the koh samui airport , with air conditioning throughout; it is new, huge, well kept and absolutely clean throughout. Our children loved the infinity pool and the magnificent ocean view has to be seen to be believed. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa is equipped with both Wifi and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The cleaners visited twice in the week to changes linen which was included in the price. The Villa Manageress was so helpful and arranged complimentary collection and drop off to the airport. 
 Our family chose to stay at the hills of Chaweng Noi to get privacy but a the same time be near enough to the beach, local markets and local sights The villa is amazing, the décor amazing and the open plan kitchen lounge was extremely spacious and comfortable We always felt safe in the gated community which is important. The villa is fantastic, facing the ocean and good value for money. Location is great as it is about 5 mins to Chaweng Beach where all the action is and 7 minutes to the local Tesco, Macro. Other local Grocery stores also available everywhere. yet set back in the lush coconut groves facing the ocean. For a private, relaxing or adventurous holiday on Samui, you can't go wrong here! “Lovely holiday home” We are a large family for a 50th b'day party reunion, meeting from UK and Thailand. We booked this villa after all the rave reviews and it didn't disappoint. It was lovely for all the family to stay under one roof. The villa is magnificent: internally spacious, the pool crystal clear and the view too spectacular. The property was very well laid out with a bath / shower room in every bedroom, which gave you the freedom of your own little space when required to relax. The kids loved the DVD collection in the TV room, with the surround sound. The blender did breakdown on the third day but our property manager Ian had replaced it by the end of the day. There were also a couple light bulbs out but we only informed him at the end of the stay as we didn't want to trouble him too much. We took advantage of the special offer on the Honda car (only one available however regarding the special offer). The other vehicle we hired was a Fortuna which was more expensive but seated 7. Both cars were new and splendid and provided us with the flexibility to explore Koh Samui and do general shopping etc. We strongly recommend the small beachside Thai restaurants (cheap and friendly with amazing food) about 1 mile left on the main road (opposite the 7/11 supermarket). The beach here too is great in the day for the kids... The private chartered day trip to the marine park (prospected islands) was a day never to forget - Amazing. Chaweng was very lively and a little hectic for us. Bo Phut and Maenam were more relaxed with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from.

“Perfect villa for our holiday” We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with 3 children, youngest was 2. The villa is spacious, well kept and has beautiful views of Bangrak. Great location for Fishermans Village. Lynne, the property manager was extremely helpful. The villa was absolutely perfect for a stay with a 2 year old due to the practical and safe layout. The pool and the youngest could easily be separated meaning we could all relax and not worry about an accident with the pool. Pool did loose sun by about 2:30pm which again was great with kids as suncream not required for the afternoon. Would absolutely stay here again and now very sad to be back in my own house.

“Beautiful beachfront villa” The villa was very beautiful. In a great spot right on the beach on a small , quiet cove. Food was really good - both Western and Thai and the staff couldn't help us enough. They were particularly good with the children and preparing them meals. Great pool - particularly for children as a large shallow end and a good bridge for jumping! Would highly recommend.

“Paradise Found” This was our first trip to Thailand & after 3 nights in Bangkok we were looking forward to our stay in Koh Samui, from the moment we arrived at the lovely picturesque airport we new it was going to be special. We have done the package holidays many times before so this was a first, staying in a self catering villa. We couldn't of asked/picked a better place to stay.The villa was like brand new, inside & out, it was just as the photos showed on the website. Great size of rooms, lovely relaxing living/dining area, with all the mod-cons Satellite TV,DVD, WiFi, I-Pod docking station for listening to your music poolside with the outside speaker system, fantastic covered chill-out seating area poolside with mini fridge sink & hob. Walking distance to Big Buddha & Wat Plai Laem, convenience stores within 3 minutes walking distance, the lovely Choeng Mon beach only 3 minutes by car & plenty of local tasty restaurants there too. All in all a brilliant vacation & great memories to cherish. Hope to return again in the not too distant future & without doubt we will be staying here again in this villa.

“Amazing!!!” We had a wonderful time at Villa 36. Pictures online just don't do it justice. The view is breath taking and the villa itself is excellent. First class amenities all around and the house manager, Root was extremely helpful. I cannot even say how wonderful our experience was. I would highly recommend this villa. The beach is a short (though steep) walk away but once on the beach, it's paradise and there is a great beach restaurant we visited a number of times that had delicious Thai food. Villa is also in a perfect location - a short drive to Bophut and Fisherman's Village... out of the chaos of the other towns, but in still fairly close proximity to restaurants, night life, etc.

“Great villa , good peaceful location !!” Very nice experience , we were picked up from the ferry terminal and taken to the villa , all the rooms are beautiful !! 10 mins to tesco lotus or Big C supermarket , 5 mins to cheweng beach perfect spot, Only negative comment I would make was there is no airconditioning in the main room which got very hot it was 34OC inside and 30OC Outside !!

“The Secret Is out - Simply Lush...” Wow - Everything about this villa is beautiful, the architecture, the setting on secluded Haad Thong Lang beach takes your breath away. My partner and i stayed in villa 2. It has the type of living space that allows you to put your sandy feet up after a walk on the beach, and feel right at home the moment you step inside, without ever compromising on style and taste. I like a little luxury in life and Dee Dee gave me just that (with bells on!) We are definately coming back here...and soon

“We found paradise.” The villa, just like Koh Samui itself, is loaded with "Wow Factor". From the moment that we stepped through the door, we knew we had made the right decision in choosing this location. The villa is built into the mountain so that every room has a perfect and beautiful view. We eat, partied and spent most of our time by the pool. Andrew, our main point of contact while we were there, organised everything for us including chef, provisions, transport and plenty of insights on where to go and what to do. All that we had to do was relax, soak-in the sun and sights and enjoy our stay in paradise.

“Great villa, great pool!” We were 3 friends who all had a great stay in this nice villa. The outside pool was the main attraction for us, and it was very good. You have to take a taxi to get to the busy bar life at night time, and also to go to the beach during day time. But since we prefer our own pool, rather than the beach, this villa was great for us.
