“Cheers to 3 Years!” When we arrived to the house it was very clean, it had brand a new sponge and paper towels ready for us. There were detailed instructions and all the basics we needed for the weekend. It was the perfect get away for me and my boyfriend and our two fluffy puppies. It was close enough to everything so it wasn't much of a drive to get things from the grocery store, but still far enough to have peace and quiet. I would definitely come back to stay at this humble little abode. There are plenty of places to go hiking as well as fun places to go eat. I recommend the Cowboy Steakhouse! It's not far from the house and it has the "Worlds Tiniest Sunday"! How can you say no to that!

“Met our needs” There were 3 of us that stayed for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend for some mountain biking and R & R. Reserving the cabin through Cool Cabins was a bit of a chore but once that was accomplished everything was good. The cabin was clean and was close enough to Snow Summit that we were able to ride our bike to & from the chair lifts. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Other than the refrigerator being noisy and the sink in the downstairs bathroom draining slow, the cabin was good.

“Relaxing and cozy to spend time with your love ones” It was cozy for a small family . We spend a lot time outside on the back patio cooking a great BBQ . I would stay again .

“Loved our weekend in alpine Haus” We chose to enjoy a weekend away at Big Bear Lake for Valentine's Day weekend, 2014. The reservation was easy to make and the staff was very helpful. Alpine Haus was available and so we chose this cabin. It was so much more than we expected. Not only was it comfortable and inviting, but it had everything one could possible need to use for the weekend and more. I wasn't sure what would be available in the kitchen, so we brought some of our own cooking and eating utensils, only to find that we did not need to bring a thing. Everything but the food was available for our use. It was clean and organized. I could not have asked for more. Our cabin was located in close proximity to where we wanted to visit and only required a short drive to the center of town. This was the perfect weekend get-a-way and I would certainly recommend Big Bear Cool Cabins to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Thank you for a perfectly wonderful time.

“Great!” The check-in was extremely easy and the staff was very friendly. The cabin was clean with all the necessary supplies to help enjoy our vacation. There were a total of 3 families that spent the weekend there and it was extremely comfortable with plenty of room for everyone.
