“Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. “Great cabin” I have stayed at East of Paradise with my family for the past three years and we absolutely love it. It's become our home away from home. The cabin is not big, but it is very well maintained and the set up is perfect for small families like mine. We used to stay at hotels before but nothing compares to keeping everyone all under the same roof and be able to cook homemade meals. My daughter loves to play in the backyard, particularly in the play house. My husband and I love relaxing in the hot tub out back. The beds here are both queen. I have back problems but I always sleep confortably in both of these beds. I do wish the homeowner would offer inflatable beds, or sofa beds for the little ones. The kitchen has all the utensils we need to cook meals. My husband and I love cooking and we always take the opportunity here to make a delicious meal whenever we go. We have everything we need there. The cabin is far away enough from the downtown area and all the traffic, but close enough to get to the stores, and the playgrounds within a few minutes. We highly recommend this cabin.

“We had a great time” We enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for my family of 5. My girls loved playing in the big yard. We decided to bring our dog with us next time. It was very peaceful sitting on the back deck at night roasting marshmallows and playing games. If I had to pick 1 or 2 things to say I didn't like, which is hardly anything. It would be, on the upper deck, way too many spider webs that you can't sit out there & the bunk beds in the second room are way too close to each other. If you're clostraphobic, you can't use the bottom bunk. Other than that, everything was great.

“GREAT CABIN TO STAY AT!!!” We had a great time at cabin with my family. The only complaint is that the cabin wasn't clean when we check in at 4pm I had to call for them to come and clean the cabin and bed not made and food left in the refrigerator from the last family that stayed there. That"s the only reason for the 4 star review. Cabin was very cozy and a great view and very close to everything in town. Pet friendly too my English bulldog Jasper had a great time in the snow. I would Definitely come back to stay again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

“Excellent real mountain cabin” Excellent cool cabins service. They were there to answer all of our questions. Excellent real mountain cabin. The cabin is so pretty inside that when you get there it will exceed your expectative you have from photos on the web site. There are just 3 very small issues that need to be attended. This issues did not affect our stay in the cabin at all. This is just a heads up for the owner and cool cabins. 1.- There is a water leak at the garage where the pool-table, this leak appears to be from the bathroom on the second floor. Pool table and game is not affected by this issue but I think the ceiling may one day suffer really bad damage. 2.- There is a broken lamp in the ceiling on the living room. 3.- The noise from the heater is a little bit disturbing. As I said this are very small issues that need to be repair but they did not made our stay unpleasant at all. We love the living room it is big enough for all the family. Location is great, just in front of all supermarket and 3 min drive to ski mountain. When we return we will try to get this one again.

“Cozy and quiet” First off, i want to start by praising big bear cool cabins... Above and beyond in customer service. They allowed us to change our reservation due to a family emergency and were very accommodating. Easy check in and check out. Will use them again. Second, cornerstone cabin was awesome. So many nice things to say, off the beaten path, walk to the golf course, minutes to the grocery, and to the lake and slopes. Will stay here again. Would only criticize a few things. A new grill would be nice. The hot tub is not very private, as it is right on the road. Even a small privacy fence on the side would work. One of the chairs was pretty dirty too. But none of these things were a deal breaker.

“Great property, great amenities!” My family and I stayed at the property for three nights. We had a wonderful time. We chose this property because it had so many amenities, such as the pool table, air hockey table, pinball machines, etc. It kept our family very well entertained when they were not on the slopes snowboarding. The lot was nice, big, and flat, which was great for the older people in our group. The location was fantastic, very close to the slopes, the village and shopping. The house overall was very clean, except for the carpets, which could use a good steam cleaning. For the price of the house, I thought the pinball game should have been free, rather than a quarter a game! Overall we had a great time, and I would definitely rent this house again.

“Very comfortable!” Checking in was a bit unnerving, due to the lack of organization at the rental office. There was a line for people like us who had already completed their paperwork, but it wasn't treated as such. It was a free for all for anyone that came in. No organized lines. Very frustrating. The property was lovely, except there were stains on the bedding in the master bedroom, the master bath tub was falling apart and the lights in the kitchenette were not working. There were also a few light bulbs burnt out around the house making it seem too dark in areas. Having said all that, however, it was still a really great house and we very much enjoyed our stay.

“excellent house for 2 families” second time that i have rented this cabin. very nice but had some issues this time. broken glass on patio by the jacuzzi, jacuzzi water level tolow,garage door not working properly,cheerful guy came out and fixed problems. cleanliness just ok. for this price should be amazing
