“Great Place--Great time” Wonderful vacation spot, close enough to supper or bar or beach that we walked a lot. Hedges and fence give privacy even in down town. “Lovely Little Cottage, Walking Distance to So Much!” This was my second stay at the Cozy Casas, my husband and I stayed in April, and loved it so much we decided to come back. Sadly, my husband wasn't able to come this week because of work issues, so I came by myself. I must say, my week at the beach flew by! I brought my surfboard and surfed every day. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the front porch and checking out the waves. Also, this place is so close to so many cute restaurants and shops. I was pleasantly surprised at how uncrowded the beach was for July! It was a real treat! To top it all off, I had the amazing pleasure of surfing with dolphins AND one beautiful night, I got to see a mother sea turtle come ashore to lay her eggs. What a lovely little spot! I loved feeling like I had my own little apartment on the beach.

“The best place to stay when you go to the beach!!!” We have stayed quite a few times now in this particular unit and it has been fabulous everytime. The view is excellent to the pool and the beach. This particular unit is in a very safe and secure neighborhood for children and well as adults. Has a great broadwalk that leads directly down to the beach. Has everything that you possibly need to use inside this unit--you kinda feel like you are at your own home instead of someone elses. It is well stocked with appliances and needs for everyone. Has great entertainment on the inside with the ipod docking station, games for the kids, great cable/dvd player/big screen television and much more...It is located right off the main highway but, no to far from shopping malls, grocery stores, etc...The office personnel has always been very pleasant to deal with in any situation rather it be emergency or not. It is always very children orientated and that is a very comfortable feeling that I really like the most. Oh and don't forget about the internet access that this unit has for it's renters to enjoy while on vacation, whether it be for pleasure or school, or business...Will do our very best to continue to stay in this unit for many years to come...Have enjoyed our stay...Tina

“Excellent” Love, love, love this house! We had 3 families staying and had plenty of room for all the adults and kids. Perfect location! We could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play on the beach. Very safe area. Will defiantly come back!

“Peaceful” The unit we stayed in was very clean. Our unit favorite was the balcony swing. It was nice to sit on in the evenings, in the shade, and listen to the ocean sounds. We enjoyed walks in the evening at Fort Fisher. My personal highlight of the stay was seeing dolphins the first early morning of our stay. The restaurants are nearby and so is a grocery store called Food Lion. We enjoyed visiting nearby towns of Wilmington and Southpoint. You can find even more good eats and quaint local shopping there. I would have given 5 stars but we were disappointed that we couldn't see the entire beach from the balcony due to the setback of the building behind two other buildings. The ocean is directly in front of the unit but the view is obscured due to the two buildings on either side. Also, the workout center was closed due to construction the entire stay. The unit could also use an updated microwave. The owners are very easy to work with and good at communication.

“Wonderful location + host” This place was in a great location and the beach access was perfect. We have three children (all 5 and under) and had no problem with space. Darlene was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to our needs. We will be back!

“Best stay anywhere in 15 years” We took the whole family to this nice 3 bedroom condo and thoroughly enjoyed the stay with the beach right down the elevator and out the back door. Minutes from many enjoyable hotspots. Pool was not very large but was big enough for my granddaughter and her friend as they had it by themselves quite often. My one piece of advice, when going out to eat, go early! Pia and Christian keep the place in immaculate condition.

“Coppertop is an ideal getaway!” We had a great experience in Ocean Isle, while staying at the Coppertop. My friends and I, have made numerous golf trips to the Myrtle Beach area, and this is by far, our favorite place to stay. It has all the amenities you need, and then some, while being in a very convenient location. It is just across the bridge, near numerous restaurants, and just one lot off the beach, not too mention, within 15-20 minutes of numerous, world class golf courses. We have had as many as 12 golfers staying there, all in complete comfort, without any sense of being cramped or crowded. The design of the house, as well as the decorating, are all top notch, and made us all feel extremely comfortable. We have stayed at Coppertop 3 times, usually not in the peak season, but I can imagine it would be a blast to be able to hit the beach and do some fishing off the pier, just across the street. I have also taken another couple on a trip to OI, and they absolutely loved the house. Can't wait, to head back this fall!
