“super place” We spent a lovely week here in the summer. The house was beautiful, and full of character...only complaint was the shower in the en-suite was miniscule, and the shower curtain would stick to your legs if you took a shower! The kids loved the barn...and so did the parents! Lots of things to do, pool, badminton, table tennis, trampoline, darts etc even when it was raining. Beautiful cake was made for us on arrival...yum! All in all it was a great place to return home to, when we had a day sight seeing or shopping! Little patio at the back is a real sun trap in the morning, and we sat at the front in the afternoon. The owners were really friendly, yet give you your privacy which was really appreciated!

“wonderful country retreat” The Old Dairy is a fantastic country holiday retreat. You can walk for miles and miles without even getting in your car,,, our dogs loved it. The cottage itself is extremely comfortable, warm and inviting. We spent our days walking our dogs, coming back, lighting the fire, making dinner and cozying up in front of the fire and a DVD. It was our idea of heaven for our Xmas break. No stress and wonderful hosts,

“A lovely welcome to a beautiful house” We were the lucky first guests at Bullace Barn. It's been decorated and kitted out to a high standard, beautiful furnishings, well equipped kitchen, comfortable and pretty bedrooms. There's a separate utility/boot room with washing machine, iron etc. We like to cook and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed - there were a couple of suggestions we made to the owners eg a bigger frying pan, cafetiere, kitchen scales. But that was it. We were given a lovely welcome both by the owners and by their cats, who were quite keen to show us round the property ;-) There was a lovely welcome hamper on arrival with cake, cheese, bread, eggs. There's a fab little local shop about 10 mins up the road which is well stocked and also sells homemade pies and pasties. We liked best: cooking and eating together in the country style kitchen. The lovely view from the large window in the hall. Our visit to Yorkshire Sculpture Park. We liked least: the frustration of being in the upstairs lounge which is large and comfy but has no windows out on the lovely view.

“fabulous cootage and location” Stayed for a weekend with friends and had the most wonderful weekend. “Relaxing break in a beautiful cottage” My husband & I and our two best friends booked a short break at this cottage. We were so impressed with the spaciousness of the cottage and the facilities. Equipped for self catering, we treated ourselves to steaks (cooked by the best steak chef!) The Wain house was wonderfully warm for the time of year and the hot tub was a welcome treat. So glad we found Wain house, thankyou for a wonderful break.

“Corn House Review” A lovely place for a family get together. Owner very helpful. Site well in the country and peaceful. The children loved the wandering chickens, the pigs and the tennis court. The go-karts were a success with the adult children too! Excellent butcher in Much Wenlock! Lovely countryside to visit. We had a superb time and would love to go back another year.

“Fantastic” Owners were always on hand if you needed them.Welcoming pack for when you arrived bread,eggs,bacon, cake,milk,orange juice and more.Also some lovely flowers. The house was fantastic everything you could wish for.Lovely log burner going when we arrived. Just a little village a fantastic old pub just a few minutes down the road with great food.Never had anything like it. Didnt want to leave.
