“A lovely welcome to a beautiful house” We were the lucky first guests at Bullace Barn. It's been decorated and kitted out to a high standard, beautiful furnishings, well equipped kitchen, comfortable and pretty bedrooms. There's a separate utility/boot room with washing machine, iron etc. We like to cook and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed - there were a couple of suggestions we made to the owners eg a bigger frying pan, cafetiere, kitchen scales. But that was it. We were given a lovely welcome both by the owners and by their cats, who were quite keen to show us round the property ;-) There was a lovely welcome hamper on arrival with cake, cheese, bread, eggs. There's a fab little local shop about 10 mins up the road which is well stocked and also sells homemade pies and pasties. We liked best: cooking and eating together in the country style kitchen. The lovely view from the large window in the hall. Our visit to Yorkshire Sculpture Park. We liked least: the frustration of being in the upstairs lounge which is large and comfy but has no windows out on the lovely view.

“Absoloutly great” Lovely place all you could ever want super power shower and the cake was very welcome all the home comfort and more lovely quiet peaceful area well situated for visiting surrounding areas would definetly return again first class

“fabulous cootage and location” Stayed for a weekend with friends and had the most wonderful weekend. We received a very warm welcome.Homemade cake and wine which was a lovely touch.Cottage very luxurious.Bed and bedding so comfortable.Had the best nights sleep.Hot tub also made it special.Will definetely be staying again and would highly recommend The Milking Palour

“Relaxing break in a beautiful cottage” My husband & I and our two best friends booked a short break at this cottage. We were so impressed with the spaciousness of the cottage and the facilities. Equipped for self catering, we treated ourselves to steaks (cooked by the best steak chef!) The Wain house was wonderfully warm for the time of year and the hot tub was a welcome treat. So glad we found Wain house, thankyou for a wonderful break.

“Corn House Review” A lovely place for a family get together. Owner very helpful. Site well in the country and peaceful. The children loved the wandering chickens, the pigs and the tennis court. The go-karts were a success with the adult children too! Excellent butcher in Much Wenlock! Lovely countryside to visit. We had a superb time and would love to go back another year.

“Fantastic” Owners were always on hand if you needed them.Welcoming pack for when you arrived bread,eggs,bacon, cake,milk,orange juice and more.Also some lovely flowers. The house was fantastic everything you could wish for.Lovely log burner going when we arrived. Just a little village a fantastic old pub just a few minutes down the road with great food.Never had anything like it. Didnt want to leave.
