“great location” The condo was very clean and Mark was very easy to work with. The pool and tennis courts were within walking distance. We love Petoskey and Harbor Springs!

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “A Forest Bungalow!” My family and I had a great time at Ptarmigan, Big Mountain-Whitefish, MT. We did it all! Went to Glacier National Park, enjoyed Big Mountain, toured the town and relaxed in the hottub! Our favorite part was making meals in a house in the woods. It was so magical being surrounded by cedar trees on a mountainside. Thanks for the memorable stay!

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Wonderful villa, peaceful surroundings” We spent 2 weeks at this wonderful villa, in very peaceful surroundings, and even saw the local cork trees being harvested. Teresa and Jose were very friendly and helpful, but also didn't impose, and let you enjoy their lovely villa without intruding. The far west of the algarve is still a beautiful place to visit.

“The cottage experience was relaxing and peaceful with a short wa” Enchanting cottage, very comfortable, enjoyed a little interaction with the owner's family and dog. Very sweet.

“The sound of the waves, right outside your door, are like a lull” We had a "rough time" getting here (mechanical problems with the plane, canceled flight, etc.) but the cottage soothed our tired souls! We found the drum of the waves to be the best lullaby and the fresh air and abundant sunshine to renew our spirits. We appreciated the personal art on the walls and the large open space. For folks who enjoy cooking with local produce, the well stocked kitchen, the large number of pots/pans/utensils, and the full sized refrigerator are perfect. There was plenty of hot water in the shower (and good water pressure!), the furniture was comfortable (brought back memories of beach houses from our childhood), and the large counter surface in the "dressing room" was perfect for all of our "stuff". We used the outdoor patio table for several breakfasts and dinners, watched a neighbor vacationer fish from the sea wall, and took daily walks on the nearly deserted beach. There were many informative books in the cottage along with maps, Dvds, etc. We used the guide books but were too busy enjoying Oahu to need any other form of entertainment! Although we have traveled extensively in the past few years, this was our first trip to Hawaii. We have already recommended the cottage to family and friends - thank you, Peter, for sharing your wonderful home.

“Simply perfect” I am not sure whether this is our 4th or 5th time at this condo as it seems so much like a home from home to us. David is one of the easiest, most helpful, flexible and generous person to deal with and makes the whole experience of renting there so pleasant. The condo is well furnished, comfortable and homely with the owner's personal items still there. He has even installed apple TV this time so that we could watch Netflix during our stay (he also has an iMac there for guests use too). All the facilities and benefits of The Charter are also available and so you benefit from the reception, concierge, bell boys, ski storage, private transport to the slopes, spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. All in all, we can't wait to return again, which must be the best type of recommendation.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.
