“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Fabulous Experience” My husband and I are looking for a place to unwind and breathe in the fresh air. We need serenity from the urban life style two professionals endure. We are amazed at this beautiful home and all the amenities it provides.This house and the guest home is built and furnished with incredible taste. A keen eye for every detail is evident upon the entry of this home. The view...wow, the view of San Jose at night is absolutely breathtaking. This is a home and a trip to Grecia, Costa Rica that will forever be close to our hearts. I suggest anyone visit this outstanding estate...that is, if we purchase it first!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Location yes! housekeeping staff no...” Hello, we just came back from a week in Ocho Rios and had a fantastic time. The condo we rented was not in the tower shown in the picture but in the adjacent hotel, which was good too. And yes, location in great. Right next to a nice beach with a pool in the complex. So, as I mentioned, location was great. However, housekeeping left to be desired. We were told that the condo would be cleaned every 2 days, but after 3 days, no one had come to bring fresh towels or toilet paper! We had to call and call to get some service. Also, when we asked for some dishwashing soap, we were told to use either hand soap or soap for clothes. So aside from the little hickups with the housekeeping staff, I would recommend this rental.

“Beautiful” the studio was very clean and comfortable, very close to the beach and to the center of town very convenient. The house keeping service was the best Mrs Pauline was very amicable to our needs.

“Wonderful experience!” We loved our stay at the Forest and Surf Villa. The house is an architectural gem - very open, beautiful wood, gorgeous views of the ocean. We spent most of our time on the porch swing. We traveled with an infant (5.5 months), toddler (2.5 years) and four adults (including two seniors) and it all went so well. A gorgeous, quiet beach is a short drive from the villa. We heard lots of monkeys, but they were never a nuisance. The beds are comfy, there is a washer and dryer and the place comes with two surf boards and yoga mats. It also stays fairly cool there - compared to the beach. We were never bothered by mosquitoes. Things to know: the drive down to Sjds is long-ish and bumpy, so get supplies in advance. It is very helpful to bring a flash light or headlamp for when you get back after dark, although the paths to the villa are well lit. We didn't have hot water or wireless for the first two days, but it was then fixed (probably would have been fixed sooner, but it was Christmas). The lighting in the kitchen is unpleasant and the kitchen needs more glasses and bowls and a big cutting board. These are all small things, though - we loved our time there.

“Great, beautiful villa with a great owner!!!!” The villa was just as beautiful as the pictures!! Also there was a miscommunication with the number of guests and the owner was very understanding and handled it promptly. He was very nice and was available when needed. I would recommend this villa 100%!!!

“Private paradise!” I had the opportunity to travel to Utila, Honduras and stayed at La Mayur. The house is newly built, and has a lot to offer, from the spacious area with a wrap around deck that gives a gorgeous view of the island, surrounded by lush, tropical plants, and being able to have a lot of peace and quiet, and privacy! The location is great because it's about an 8 minute walk to the main road. The island itself is not big, so even if you don't want to walk, a tuk-tuk can take you anywhere for about 18 lempira ($1)! At the house my favourite place to sit was the swing outside on the tree, while hearing the soothing sounds of the water stream going into the pond. The house has a lot of room for entertaining, with a spacious kitchen. Perhaps the best part of the trip was getting a chance to meet a lot of the locals in an island that has tourists, but keeps its authenticity. The people are really friendly, and you can find yourself making conversation with the waitress in the restaurant, the the souveneir shops, and just about anywhere else! Looking forward to returning!

“We love to hear the ocean!” Georgina treated us like family. She communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival & departure. The windows in each room slide open & we went to sleep & awoke each day listening to the ocean & overlooking it along with the gorgeous green mountains. ust incredible! Lots of cute places to eat a few minute stroll up the road. The roof top pool & lounge is like being on a yacht. Easy access to the beach & nice clean sand. We cant wait to come back!

“Relaxing with everything you need and incredible birds eye view” Really enjoyed our time in this penthouse apartment. Words and pictures cannot do it justice. Very relaxing, secluded and secure. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Maria, the maid was a great help in fixing meals and cleaning up and always very pleasent. We will be back.
