“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!

“Positive introduction to Costa Rica--Service, Atmosphere & Clean” Our family of five (three teenagers) stayed for almost a week. While out of San Jose, the condo serves as an oasis! It's incredibly well-equipped, clean & in a great, little, condo neighborhood. Paolo provided fantastic suggestions, service & support. We never would have experienced the rafting, coffee tour, water falls & city destinations without his advice & attentiveness. This is a such a great location for families because you can serve yourself in a great kitchen with comfortable spaces throughout, and you easily can access activities that make Costa Rica a great, energetic destination!

“Just excellent in every way” If you have a chance to spend a few days at this resort, just do it. Pick any number of positive adjectives and this place has it. Relaxing, fun, exciting, entertaining, amazing, beautiful, educational, welcoming, fancy, clean... I could go on. This place has everything you could want. The food is great, the staff is super nice. They called me every day just to remind me that "if there's anything we need please let them know" and they meant it. The concierge will get you anything you need. They clean your room whenever you want and they do "turn down service"!. Room service is beyond whatever I've experienced before - they actually come in and set you a beautiful table for your meal. We had a babysitter, we took a car and it was easy to get it in and out, we saw Cirque du Soleil, we swam in so many pools (pools are salt water instead of chlorine btw). We saw lots of wildlife (crocodiles, flamingos, bats, iguanas everywhere) and we swam in the most beautiful ocean ever imagined. Seriously. GO Also, Dave was great.

“Girls Week in Paradise” Me and my mom and sister decided to take a trip to Mexico for my mom's 60th birthday. The location, amenities and hospitality of this apartment were excellent. We loved the apartment, the pool, the beaches and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend a stay at this home away from home.

“Love to stay there again” Our host, Michelle, was super sweet. The area was safe, this is in the Hotel Zone, and well lit. The condo is in a hotel. Part of the building is set up as a full functioning hotel and the rest seems to be residential apartments. It added to a clam and quiet stay. Michelle's add was accurate. She mentions that the WiFi is not that great and this is accurate. The condo had everything we needed to cook. We went to the market for supplies and saved a lot of money. Peter, Michelle's husband, provided us with a map of our area, places to shop, eat and party. They provided bath towels and beach towels. We had fresh clean water, which we got from the Hotel shop for 48 pesos. It lasted us all 9 days. The pool area is there, but we only stayed on the beach. The Hotel staff will not be helpful and we always went to Michelle and Peter for any questions we had. They are your front desk. The air conditioning in this unit was great. Our view was amazing. I could not believe our view. We picked up a rental car to drive around and parking at the hotel was a breeze. We were told the restaurant of the Hotel and the pool bar were horrible so we stayed away. But the hotel shop was great. In the shop they had chips, cookies, souvenirs and cold drinks. The bus (R-1 and R-2) was easy to find and easy to figure out. The room was clean. The balcony was large and a nice way to enjoy the view in the evening and in the morning when the sun is rising. We did not turn on the TV because we had so much to do. I would love to stay here again. Karina Gonzalez. California

“Wish we could have stayed longer” Casa Pura Vida was a perfect home away from home, in a lovely gated complex, in a wonderful mexican fishing village. We wish we had discovered Zihautanejo when we first started traveling to Mexico. The condo was well equipped with a full kitchen. There was lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood available in the local markets. We had planned to eat a majority of our meals at the condo, but ate out often as there were many good restaurants all with in easy walking distance. My husband loves swimming in the ocean, while I prefer swimming pools. There were two nice pools at the complex with the one closest to the condo an adult only pool. I must confess I did swim in ocean while in Zihautanejo way more than any other place we have visited in Mexico. There is alot to see and do and we manage to explore quite a bit of the area during our stay. Although we experienced a couple minor problems, Brian the owner, was quick to respond to the emails we sent him. We hope to return again and stay longer next time.

“Great Family Condo...LOCATION..LOCATION” I traveled with my husband, baby, and teenage sister and the condo really accommodated us perfectly. What we really enjoyed was the pool and the beautiful beach access right outside the building. Cancun has a beautiful beach but unfortunately not all properties keep their area as clean as this one. I can not say enough about the location, it is walking distance to restaurants, nightclubs, and market, this really saves you on taxis $$$$. The owners are great people, easy to be in contact with for any questions or concerns. Thank you!
