“Great Place To Stay!!!” I found this bungalow by chance. I was looking for a place away from the noise and action and I found it in this place. Very well kept, lovely pool. and everything that you need. You can take a nice 5 min walk to the central or take a motoconcho which those guys close by are great men. I stay there every time I am in the Sosua area. I feel like it is my home when I am there. Privacy is important to me and the bungalow provides that. The owner and his friend makes sure that everything is ready for your stay. I recommend highly!

“Beautiful pool - great vacation in the sun!” My husband and I spent two months at Las Canas this winter. The apartment was all that we needed to totally enjoy our time in the Dominican Republic. It is a clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment. There is a stove, small fridge, and the basic kitchen items needed to prepare your meals. We enjoyed the nice breezes and did not need to use the air conditioner at all. Simone is excellent to rent from. He arranged airport pickup for us and if we ever had any questions or concerns he was very quick to respond. The pool at Las Canas is wonderful. It is huge and very well maintained. The staff at the complex were also very friendly and accomodating. The complex shuttle will transport you into Sosua for a cost of 25 pesos; it will take you to the Playero where you can buy groceries. There is also a small store in the complex if you need basic supplies. The complex also has a restaurant and bar that are open every evening. We loved the weather, the location, and the people we met on this vacation and would not hesitate to book with Simone next year!

“Wonderful Getaway” John and his assistant made everything so easy once we arrived. Everything was just as stated, I paid the resort fee when I arrived and we were on our way. Our flight was late because of weather problems and the driver waited for us. We used him when we wanted to use a taxi out into the city. The room was clean and nice. I loved being able to go to the VIP beaches and restaurants because the other restaurants close everyday after breakfast to prepare for lunch and they close at lunch to prepare for dinner. Some days we slept in and the restaurants were closed but having the gold bands allowed us to go to the VIP areas which were still open for lunch. I wish we were able to have a golf cart to get around but next time I will book that level of a room. It is worth getting the gold band. Do not rent if you don't get a gold band or higher. You'll be miserable. The drinks are not the same and the food isn't the same at the restaurants. I can't wait to go back again!

“Very nice and comfortable” I stayed for a week in this hotel with my girlfriend, all very nice, great decor, great building, great service, clean, quiet and safe. The swimming pool is located on the 12th floor is really beautiful with a view of the sea. In the evening, the multiplex cinema located in the shopping plaza beneath the building is an extreme comfort, with an elevator to get there. Excellent choice recommend it. Alex Paris

“Wonderful apartment” I've visited the DR many times before, but this time I wanted to go for a new experience. I found this apartment online and booked it. I have absolutely no regrets. The view is amazing, the apartment clean, comfortable and located in a very desirable neighborhood. I would definitely choose to stay here again for my next visit.
