“A week of tropical relaxation!” Ivan, We have been home nearly 2 weeks now but find ourselves still thinking and talking about what a wonderful time we had. We found the condo exceptional. The attention to detail in the condo was impressive. That along with the beautiful view from the condo and the great location of the condo on the property made it truly seem like the perfect accommodation. A short 4 minute walk to the beach or another short 5-6 minute walk to the Mariner Restaurant and two larger pools. We cannot say enough about the staff of the Fishing Lodge. It seemed they went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Delicious food, entertainment, cleanliness, hospitality and excellent service along with the beauty of the condo and resort provided us with a very memorable vacation. We hope to visit again. “Better than excellent!!” We've traveled many times to the DR and we never had such a wonderful , relaxing holiday. The manager/owner Liz goes beyond customer service, she made us feel like family. From the start of our reservation on line Liz was remarkable, she answered all our questions immediately. We traveled with family and Liz was able to make available two other condos for the family traveling down to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Each and everyone of our group will definitely be returning. The condo had absolutely everything we needed along with a beautiful breeze on the balcony and close to the vast private section of the beach and all the restaurants. If you do not feel like cooking lunch you can order at the beach from the wonderful restaurant called Citrus. Very reasonably priced and great food. Within 3-5minutes there are over 6 wonderful restaurants The Bartender in the pool is always ready to make you an excellent drink. The grounds of Playa Turquesa were immaculate as was every other section of this gorgeous property. We will return in the near future.

“Better than expected” We loved our stay at Seawinds. The apartment was clean, spacious, exactly like the pictures, on a beautiful development and right at the deep-blue and turquoise ocean - the view is just breathtaking. The condo itself is well maintained and has all the appliances you need and more, nice big flatscreen TV and two great balconies with furniture. It was also very nice that things like suntan lotion and dishwasher detergent were available, so you don't have to buy all that stuff. There are plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The water heater broke during our stay, but it was quickly repaired the next day. We did have a couple of issues: 1) the water pressure is looow, it was so low that I couldn't get the jacuzzi to fill and I gave up after 45 minutes (pretty sure water pressure can't be fixed) 2) there was no manual in the apartment to explain how to use the WiFi (the password, that it works great on the balcony and the pool, but not in the bedroom), the TV, the water heater, etc., but we worked around that. The condo complex is also well maintained - there were people daily cleaning the pool, removing fallen leaves, etc. Loungers and chairs at the pool(s) are plenty and comfortable (there are 4 pools, but they're all really close together, so it feels more like one big pool). The water in the pools was a bit nippy, not something we would hang around in for hours. In fact, the ocean was warmer. There were hardly any other people, so if you like it nice and quiet, this is the place. The complex is about 20 minutes walk over the beach from most of the restaurants and we walked there every single night - very romantic in the moonlight! There are plenty of restaurants on the beach, from very simple to quite exquisite. Especially La Casita de Papi is worth mentioning. Activities also plenty (to participate or watch from the pool area) like horseback riding, kite boarding, windsurfing, etc. We would definitely recommend this place - you will not be disappointed.

“Paradise” This condominium is impeccable and very roomy. I was skeptical about The Dominican but I've told everyone I know that this is the nicest place I've every been to in the Caribbean. About 8 minutes from the airport and the views from the living room were magnificent! We felt very safe. the pool and beach are literally a step over the back veranda. Comfy chairs on beach. The Sanctuary Hotel (on site) and restaurant is luxurious, but I would prefer to stay in this condo. Tony's liaison Carmen was kind enough to escort us to the condo and then take me in to town to buy groceries, and housekeeper anna was a delight and wonderful cook. The Marina is breathtaking..felt like we were walking around in Venice. Planning and communicating with Tony was seamless. Can't wait to return with entire family.

“Perfect family holiday!!!” This was our 4th year in Harmony apt 211 with our 4 children (7,5,3 and 1). It really is the perfect location with all amenities one could ask for. The condo is well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated, the location is prime, far enough away from town to not have the noise but close enough to stroll in for dinner or ice-creams in safety. My husband and I are keen Kitesurfers and we had the time to be both parents and kiters!! We look forward to next year already!

“Excellent convenience and comfort!” Stayed in the apartment for approximately 10 days and it was an ideal accommodation to experience Santo Domingo and nearby beaches away from the tourist bubbles and in a superb residential area. Right from the start, Francisco and Gisselle were always very quick to respond and great to interact with. Francisco contacted me to confirm my arrival the day before and with one phone call once in Santo Domingo, the taxi from the airport found the apartment with no problem. Giselle was already at the apartment and the whole check-in process was extremely friendly and quick. The apartment itself has all the essential amenities and even comes with a blender which came in handy and towels for both the bathroom in the main bedroom as well as the guest bathroom, etc. All of the furniture and household items are kept in good condition and the stools by the kitchen are a very nice touch of elegance. I was even provided with an additional cooking pan with no troubles. Jose, the concierge in the building during the day, was always very helpful and friendly and often helped me with last-minute directions. The building itself is quiet, as are the neighboring residences, which makes for a very restful stay. Cleaning is also provided once a week at no extra charge. What I most valued was its superb location as a liquor store (Drinks to Go), a large supermarket, and numerous restaurants and similar venues are all within walking distance to the apartment. Also, finding my way back to the apartment by taxi from different spots in the city was relatively smooth and trouble-free even for a first-time visitor like me. I would have welcomed an apartment on a higher floor with a panoramic view or a bath tub in the main bathroom, but these are very minor aspects that hardly take away from the overall luxury of the apartment. Indeed, I highly recommend this apartment for the business traveler or those on vacation who are after a mix of ideal location and completely comfortable atmosphere.
