“A perfect place for a perfect holiday” We had a "Mums n Daughters" holiday here - myself, my Mum, my aunty and her daughter. To sum up our stay in one word: bliss. The accommodations are perfect, beds were comfy, rooms were clean and when we had food prepared for us it was outstanding. And I don't think you can beat the view, just amazing. The whole booking process was very smooth, Caran was very helpful and always prompt with responding. I think our stay was made even better with the excellent managers of the villa. Andrew and Pon - we can't thank you enough, you really made our stay. Very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Book in and I guarantee you'll have an amazing stay. And make sure you arrange for Pon to prepare you a meal - best thai food ever!

“Everything was great” everything was well described, the place was so beautiful, the sea view was most wonderful, it looks really like the pictures from. Eye (the Maid) and Dominic were available at all times. We were pampered with Thai food every day. The food was great. Special thanks to Eye The ideal place to relax. “Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Just Incredible...” Couldn't be happier with this accommodation! To start off the villa was in a great location (about 10 minutes drive from the main town), which was not a problem at all and was actually nice to be away from such a busy environment. A driver from the villa can be organised for a small cost which was very convenient when we didn't want to get the public bus. It was so nice to be staying right on the beach - and when you didn't want to swim in the beach we had our own private pool. The villas were extremely spacious with big beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff accommodated a few extras we had staying but we were all still very comfortable. Udith the Villa manager was extremely friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. It was always very nice to wake up and have a morning chat with Udith as he was always smiling and in such great spirits. The rest of the staff were also amazing! Always so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for better people to be surrounded by. The in house chefs provide excellent food - our groups favourite being the chicken sandwiches. It is nice to be able to order whatever food you want at any time. We were supposed to stay only 5 nights, but extended because we didnt want to leave. Would definitely recommend these villa's. Great for a group of friends or a big family looking for a relaxing get away and a great time!

“Our stay at the Villa Palm Kuning was ideal.” The villa was lovely and provided all of the facilities that we could possibly want. The building itself was spotless and well maintained. We cannot say enough about the young man Wayan who cooked and cleaned for us. Even on the final day when we were leaving early he came to see us off to make sure that everything was OK and waited with us until our van arrived. We woulrd also like to thank Steve Castley who made the arrangements for us. This is the fourth time we have rented a villa through him and we have never been disappointed.

“Beautiful private villa away from the noisy tourist strip” My boyfriend & I stayed with Francesca & Raju for 10 days over Christmas 2013 at Dionis Villa & we had a magical stay. Unawatuna is a gorgeous spot which I had visited the year before but the main road going to the beach can be very busy & noisy especially in the peak season. Dionis Villa felt a million miles away from there in the jungle, though it was only a 7 minute walk to the action. The villa was beautifully set out, very spacious & tasteful furniture, with magnificent views from the roof tower. Francesca & Raju were caring & helpful and on hand when we needed them but left us to our own privacy. They also helped accommodated my brother & sister and their partners at their cousins nearby place, it worked out perfectly. The one improvement I can suggest is a quick spot clean every 5 days or so with fresh towels - something I'm sure they would have done for us but we didn't ask for. I would highly recommend Dionis Villa & would go back in a heartbeat - thanks guys!!

“Beauty island, near Bangkok” I decided in the morning and next morning at 10.00 I was on the island and was away from everything. I just wanted to relax, see something else, have some fun. The place is ery cosy and has all of what I wanted. Calm, holidayfeeling, island style, palms, the sea, Only a few tourists. As soon as you arrive a car brings you up the island and after 25 Min. you are at this wonderful place. Warm, colorful, quiet. Rent a motorbike and get to know the island or make a boattrip to one of these islands around, take somewhere an icecream, relax on the beaches, take a swim, drive around and see the beauty of the island. Eat in the small village tai food, go out for a beer and talk to the local people or take an candle light dinner in a luxory small hotel or in your house. Go home an sit on the veranda with a drink and take a breeze from the see and enjoy the moon (or honeymoon). How about a bath outside on your veranda? Nowbody you know was ever here. That's more that something you should get to know!

“Perfect villa for our holiday” We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with 3 children, youngest was 2. The villa is spacious, well kept and has beautiful views of Bangrak. Great location for Fishermans Village. Lynne, the property manager was extremely helpful. The villa was absolutely perfect for a stay with a 2 year old due to the practical and safe layout. The pool and the youngest could easily be separated meaning we could all relax and not worry about an accident with the pool. Pool did loose sun by about 2:30pm which again was great with kids as suncream not required for the afternoon. Would absolutely stay here again and now very sad to be back in my own house.

“Lovely holiday home” We are a large family for a 50th b'day party reunion, meeting from UK and Thailand. We booked this villa after all the rave reviews and it didn't disappoint. It was lovely for all the family to stay under one roof. The villa is magnificent: internally spacious, the pool crystal clear and the view too spectacular. The property was very well laid out with a bath / shower room in every bedroom, which gave you the freedom of your own little space when required to relax. The kids loved the DVD collection in the TV room, with the surround sound. The blender did breakdown on the third day but our property manager Ian had replaced it by the end of the day. There were also a couple light bulbs out but we only informed him at the end of the stay as we didn't want to trouble him too much. We took advantage of the special offer on the Honda car (only one available however regarding the special offer). The other vehicle we hired was a Fortuna which was more expensive but seated 7. Both cars were new and splendid and provided us with the flexibility to explore Koh Samui and do general shopping etc. We strongly recommend the small beachside Thai restaurants (cheap and friendly with amazing food) about 1 mile left on the main road (opposite the 7/11 supermarket). The beach here too is great in the day for the kids... The private chartered day trip to the marine park (prospected islands) was a day never to forget - Amazing. Chaweng was very lively and a little hectic for us. Bo Phut and Maenam were more relaxed with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from.

“Paradise” Our stay at Villa Sansil was like staying in an absolute secluded Paradise for six weeks, an experience we will never forget ...But not only the Villa, the garden and its surrounding must be mentioned and last but very sure not least. The lovely capable staff, their kindness, attitude were stunning and the food in the morning, by lunchtime and at night were top restaurant quality...thats why we had dinner outside of the villa only three times in six weeks ...hope we will be back next year...i'm very hesitant to reveal this secret paradise ...take care and thank you ...Resie en Huub Stapel...and Sem Mas amber and Glenn
