“Great location, great layout” I recently stayed in Casa Yalula. We were a party of two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Casa Yalula is located one and a half blocks from the central park of Granada in the historic district of town. It is close to everything: attractions, restaurants, landmarks, shopping. As for the layout of the house one can not help but complement the owners because in the recent remodelling done to the property; they designed the house in such a way that you always feel invited to spend all your time in the social area of the house (kitchen / family area) sharing your day's events and experiences, eating and drinking with friends and family. The house was also designed in such a way that it keeps street noise (cars, horse-drawn carriages) to a minimum, which is no small feat. The bedrooms are in the back of the house, so you can sleep with zero noise. The house has been well appointed in all its rooms; furniture is simple, pretty and functional, and all rooms are well lit. They even manage to fit a 25 meter, one lane pool into the house, which was a great plus. Also, the folks from Granada Property Services (GPS) were most helpful and accomodating, and the daily cleaning service was timely and efficient.

“A wonderful surprise for a last minute find!” We stayed at Casa agua Luna with our family after my husband had a surfing accident and we had to rush to the city. Not wanting to stay in Managua, we looked around for places in Granada. We had a large group, and this house slept all of us. The location is great, walking distance to everything, but quiet and off the main square for mellow evenings. There is a garage for your truck, internet, tv, and a full kitchen, so we had everything we needed. Only thing that some of the guys mentioned is that the living room area is pretty closed in and not a/c, so it was pretty hot to watch tv while relaxing...not necessarily a bad thing as it tended to keep more conversation going in other areas of the home! All in all, a wonderful house, and we would recommend it to anyone.

“Great host, great place, great city” Really you could not ask for more. We had a little trouble getting to antigua (specifically the house), where the shuttle driver dropped us off at a different location. I was able to get a hold of Carlos and he immediately came to get us himself and made sure we got to his place ok. (even 'took care' of the shuttle company) He was the best renter we could have asked for and was always willing to help with all of our extenuating circumstances: i.e. 5 adults, 2 kids 2 years and under, different travel dates and flights. On top of that the place was amazing, comfortable, beautiful, and a 5 minute walk from everything. Cheers Carlos, and I hope we get to stay with yall again!
