“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “A Great Vacation” I rented this house for a month and enjoyed every day of our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities and the three bedrooms are large and very comfortable. You are only a few blocks (easy walking distance) from Mega, a super store that has all you could wish to purchase. If you don't want to walk anywhere, there are plenty of very affordable taxis available. The house is only 1 block from a bus stop. We took the bus to the Jardin (center of town) evey day for 5 pesos, about 48 cents in us dollars. There are also several banks and restaurants across from Mega. This is a beautiful home, what you see in the pictures in exactly what you get. There is also a lovely lady who comes weekly to clean the house and do dishes and laundry. You are asked to give a weekly tip of $50 pesos which is less than $5 american dollars - well worth the price. This is a home I would gladly recommend to anyone who wished to stay in San Miguel de allende.

“Best vacation and vacation home I've experienced anywhere.” Best location in San Miguel. The house was a treasure and our maid Berta cooked the most fantastic meals. This is a wonderful city and you couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy it from. Amazing open central area and top decks, beautiful tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, charming bedrooms. I have and will come back to this property for future trips time and again!
