“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Outstanding Vacation” This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We had 15-18 guests who slept comfortably. The host, Roger, did a PHENOMENAL job accommodating us with absolutely anything we needed, calling cabs, organizing restaurants, activities, ziplining, outdoor adventure tours, massages to the house, and fancy lobster dinners. Full staff on site - ocean views from almost every room. Literally one of the absolute nicest vacations we have been on. You will not be let down. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Azul Profundo. Again, thank you to Simon and Roger for taking such good care of us.

“A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. I Welcomed in the New Year & said goodbye to 2013, could not have done this in a better location: would I visit again yes off course I would, if u are thinking of renting this condo stop thinking go for it

“Our Spirits were renewed!” Things don't happen by chance! Little did we know six months ago when we booked our vacation how much we would really, really NEED a quiet and peaceful week! This little corner of Marathon is exactly that: quiet and peaceful. The condo is very comfortably furnished, very clean, and the view is - well, I don't think there is a 'better' view anywhere! It's picture perfect - even to the gorgeous green iguana on the palm tree! (but you have to look quick - they move fast!). We had our son, daughter in law and two little grandkids with us...it was perfect! Sunrise with coffee by the pool, under the Chickee or on the patio...awesome! Lots to do for families or singles very close by...yup...you really can even have pizza delivered if you don't want delicious, fresh seafood!..and wow! are there some awesome spots for that!! Communication with the owners is impeccable...could NOT be better. These are the folks with whom you love to do business!! Thanks so much, Todd and Jamie!

“First class, gorgeous, spacious, relaxing, amazing view, oceanfr” Two weeks at the end of February, five years in a row, we have enjoyed a great vacation at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is the best, people are extremely pleasant and always willing to help.The location is a favorite. The beach is beautiful and great to walk on and people watch. The town of Bucerias is walking distance or a short taxi ride and has great restaurants. The gym is very well equipped and the spa services are first class. The Millers are great hosts and always make renting their condo a pleasure. We hope to continue our vacations there for many years to come.

“This Penthouse Was Awesome!” I recently stayed one night here with a group of 8 friends and we had the time of our lives. Tim and his partner, Mike were very accommodating and made it extremely easy for us to get settled in. The views are breathtaking as you are truly at the highest point of view in Cancun. From the outside of the building, the hotel itself looked run down but the penthouse was nice and had plenty of room. We took a short bus ride for ten pesos a person downtown at night to party and had a blast. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and clean and the pool was enjoyable as well!

“Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“Absolutely elegant!!!” We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day! “Well kept, great pools and location, owner responsive” The condos look a little dusty from the parking area, but walking into the unit it was immediately apparent that the owner cares about his property and takes great care of it. It is really nice - updated, immaculate, and has all kinds of extras - filters for the coffee pot, oil to cook with, and sugar/Sweet and Low, a spice rack etc. All the interior details go together and you really feel at home. The bed linens are nice quality and soft. I couldn't figure out the wifi and BluRay and had to call the owner, he responded immediately and was very patient and helpful and got me set up. I would definitely rent from him again. The pools here are great!! The Waterfall one that the unit looks down on has a deep end of 5+ft, the other one has shallow incline for little kids and a great Rain Mushroom thing in the pool that the kids loved. Also, there is a security guard at night that watches who comes in the gates. He clears out the pools at 10p nightly so there are no raucous pool parties. Awesome experience, thanks for sharing, Mr. Juneau - And PS - the door lock is digital and it was GREAT not having to keep up with a key/card in the ocean. There's also a locking safe -

“Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

“Perfect” This lovely home, location and the staff met and exceeded our expectations. Everything every one has said in prior reviews hold true. All the recommendations at the home in the binder were great, the food prepared by the care staff was better than anything out there. The location and beach is spectacular for people of all ages.
