“Spring Break” Had a wonderful Spring break at this well maintained 6 bedroom home. The weather was a nice, early taste of summer. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal put the management company fixed it quickly. I think the cleaning service could do a little bit better we found some items from previous renters under the beds, and earrings in the carpet. Not a big deal but for neat-freaks it was noticeable. I would definitely stay there again, great location.

“just as advertised” This is really a wonderful condo, just as advertised it had everything to offer. It is very clean inside and is quite cozy. The location as well is great, just a few mins from town and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to my friends and plan on returning one day. Thankyou for s a lovely stay. cheryl

“Awesome and Totally amazing!” The Condo: This was our first visit to CR and at the risk of sounding very repetitive, I am going to say it anyway. This Condo is absolutely amazing! We were actually taken back by the views, the weather, and beauty of it all. The condo itself is very well maintained. The beds are very nice and excellent to sleep on. there is usually a very nice breeze that can get strong at times so you need to be careful of the bedroom doors. The condo is relatively close to the beach at say 200 to 250 yards. The local terrain is very hilly and as such it us a little bit of a walk uphill when you come back from the beach. Our Garmin and Trackit Maps didn't show Oceanica on any of the categories so you may have to use the resort right across the street to find it as addresses are not used in CR at all. We give this one 5 star rating!!! Well worth the time to visit. Daphne: Daphne was absolutely the best host you could ever ask for! She provided all the information I asked for and needed. She even graciously helped with the car rental (Economy). Daphne is indeed kind and tremendously gracious. Restaurants: We chose to eat at the local restaurants (locals call them Sodas). There are a good number of these within say 5 miles and all are wonderful. Local CR cuisine is amazing and filling. Even though we do not speak Spanish it wasn't that hard to figure out and order food. Ticas and Ticos are wonderful people. We would definitely go back in a heart beat!

“A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. I Welcomed in the New Year & said goodbye to 2013, could not have done this in a better location: would I visit again yes off course I would, if u are thinking of renting this condo stop thinking go for it

“Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “First class, gorgeous, spacious, relaxing, amazing view, oceanfr” Two weeks at the end of February, five years in a row, we have enjoyed a great vacation at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is the best, people are extremely pleasant and always willing to help.The location is a favorite. The beach is beautiful and great to walk on and people watch. The town of Bucerias is walking distance or a short taxi ride and has great restaurants. The gym is very well equipped and the spa services are first class. The Millers are great hosts and always make renting their condo a pleasure. We hope to continue our vacations there for many years to come.

“Beautiful home!” Beautiful home, spacious. There were a few small hiccups, but the homeowner was so attentative! She quickly resolved any issues. The home is close to the parks, not too much time in the car, that was nice. Overall, my family truly enjoyed the stay and we would definitely rent this home again!

“Beautiful High End Condo - Competitive Rates” We stayed here for seven nights in Dec/2014. The owner, Denis, and local PVR management were really easy to work with. Denis responds quickly to inquiries and is thoughtful in giving his tips of top restaurants in the area. This condo is gorgeous with high end furnishings and appliances, but with really competitive rates considering how luxurious it is. The building is new and the roof top pool/lounge area was peaceful, if you should decide to skip a day at the beach, which was just a flight of stairs away. This condo has a great location in Zona Romantica with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk away. After looking at the pictures shown with this listing, it was an easy decision to stay here, and the pictures don't lie. We had seven nights of beautiful ocean sunsets right from our balcony. We would definately stay here again.

“Most relaxing vacation” I stayed at this property for a month and LOVED IT! The condo has everything and is very comfortable. The unit is bright and having the ceiling fans in the bedroom, you almost don't need AC. I stopped using it at night. The complex has a great large pool and is very quiet. Never had a problem getting a lounger. The complex is well looked after and the people are friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and coffee shops, bars, shops and restaurants. Yet it's really quiet at night. There is a bit of a hill, but it's easily managed with a dozen steps along the way. Can't wait to go back.

“CLEARWATER'S BEST KEPT SECRET” The pictures sold me on this condo. It is exactly as it shows. Very clean, smells good. Great locations, all stores close on the same road as condo. “Great condo - definitely worth going” Had a great time at this place. Loved the location. Close to the beach, close to 5th avenue, close to Wal-Mart and further superstores. As the condo is not directly located on 5th avenue you don't hear the noise of the restaurants, clubs etc. during the nights. The condo is nicely furnished and decorated and equipped with all you need to have a great time. Really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace. The building itself is very modern and very well maintained. The roof-top pool is perfect to relax and enjoy the great view. As there is only a limited number of condos in the building you feel very private. Papaya's staff is really welcoming and helpful. Organisation of check-in & check-out were great and the team has good tips for things to do in Playa. Communication with Elena & Christian prior to the trip was very nice. Thanks a lot. I can highly recommend your condo.
