“Awesome and Totally amazing!” The Condo: This was our first visit to CR and at the risk of sounding very repetitive, I am going to say it anyway. This Condo is absolutely amazing! We were actually taken back by the views, the weather, and beauty of it all. The condo itself is very well maintained. The beds are very nice and excellent to sleep on. there is usually a very nice breeze that can get strong at times so you need to be careful of the bedroom doors. The condo is relatively close to the beach at say 200 to 250 yards. The local terrain is very hilly and as such it us a little bit of a walk uphill when you come back from the beach. Our Garmin and Trackit Maps didn't show Oceanica on any of the categories so you may have to use the resort right across the street to find it as addresses are not used in CR at all. We give this one 5 star rating!!! Well worth the time to visit. Daphne: Daphne was absolutely the best host you could ever ask for! She provided all the information I asked for and needed. She even graciously helped with the car rental (Economy). Daphne is indeed kind and tremendously gracious. Restaurants: We chose to eat at the local restaurants (locals call them Sodas). There are a good number of these within say 5 miles and all are wonderful. Local CR cuisine is amazing and filling. Even though we do not speak Spanish it wasn't that hard to figure out and order food. Ticas and Ticos are wonderful people. We would definitely go back in a heart beat!

“A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. I Welcomed in the New Year & said goodbye to 2013, could not have done this in a better location: would I visit again yes off course I would, if u are thinking of renting this condo stop thinking go for it

“Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “Relaxing - Fantastic location- Great waves!” Great location on beach access road. Large individual units are great for either renting individually or together with large group. The units are nearly identical, and both are large enough to easily hold 6 people. Each unit is two bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus the living room furniture quickly converts to beds. The kitchen was well stocked. There is an outdoor charcoal & wood grill. In the early am I liked to take a short walk or go to the roof top to listen and watch the howler monkeys and all of the birds. The pool area always became a relaxing lunch hideaway in the afternoon heat. There is a very large table where we could take our time eating having drinks, and relaxing while keeping an eye on the kids floating in the pool. There is also a very nice outdoor beach restaurant and bar right at the end of the road on the beach. We had so much fun surfing, boogieboarding, snorkeling, & exploring. The perfect riding waves at this spot were endless. Even when it looked fairly flat, eventually a nice set would roll in. I recommend bringing flip flops for walking the beach road as you can go barefoot but the sand near the top of the beach gets very hot in the afternoon sun. We have stayed at a few places in the area, but will definitely be returning to Sandy Bottoms!

“Great find in Cuenavaca” Found a fantastic & beautiful spot that has the charm of authentic mexico with deco houses and true historic architecture and furnishings. Secure gated community of houses with beautiful landscaping and heated pool. Found the owners to be gracious and helpful in our trip. This place is a jewel in the middle of a dynamic city. Loved it and will be back as soon as I can.

“Great condo - definitely worth going” Had a great time at this place. Loved the location. Close to the beach, close to 5th avenue, close to Wal-Mart and further superstores. As the condo is not directly located on 5th avenue you don't hear the noise of the restaurants, clubs etc. during the nights. The condo is nicely furnished and decorated and equipped with all you need to have a great time. Really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace. The building itself is very modern and very well maintained. The roof-top pool is perfect to relax and enjoy the great view. As there is only a limited number of condos in the building you feel very private. Papaya's staff is really welcoming and helpful. Organisation of check-in & check-out were great and the team has good tips for things to do in Playa. Communication with Elena & Christian prior to the trip was very nice. Thanks a lot. I can highly recommend your condo.

“The Ideal Island Get-Away” We've had the pleasure of an annual holiday to the magical Isla Mujeres for the past few seasons. The feeling of joy on my return to Casa De Las Cupulas from the highway seldom matched at any point in the year. Memories of days lounging at the pool, and watching the sunsets from the roof are some of my favorites. Between the home's layout, interior design, top notch cooking and the attentive home owner, Case De Las Cupulas is the "real deal" in Island Luxury getaways. I have visited this remarkable villa with different groups and the home seems to perfectly suit all needs. David, the owner, does an excellent job asking for exactly what our party needs, and stays in contact thru out your stay to assure your stay is a wonderful experience. Amira the cook prepares the best breakfasts and lunches on the island. Make sure to try the orange liquor french toast! Overall, I would recommend Casa de Las Cupulas to all who seek rest, relaxation, attention to detail and luxurious comfort.

“This Penthouse Was Awesome!” I recently stayed one night here with a group of 8 friends and we had the time of our lives. Tim and his partner, Mike were very accommodating and made it extremely easy for us to get settled in. The views are breathtaking as you are truly at the highest point of view in Cancun. From the outside of the building, the hotel itself looked run down but the penthouse was nice and had plenty of room. We took a short bus ride for ten pesos a person downtown at night to party and had a blast. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and clean and the pool was enjoyable as well!
