“Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... The apartment is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, very nice kitchen, etc ... the wifi is good. it is an excellent place to stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

“A Grand Cayman Pearl for quiet enjoyment” We contacted the owner on line and received instant reponse to our inquiries and when we arrived at our designated time for a month we found everything that we had anticipated and more. The interior is bright and tropical and the kitchen was well equipment to accommodate whatever we decided to cook in house.The beds are comfortable and located so you can see, hear and smell the tropics.The snorkling off the beach is awesome when the water is calm and there are numerous sites within a short drive.Wifi TV and stereo were all there if you wished to use them. A vehicle is a must to get to enjoy the sites and venues of the island and to taste the Cayman cuisine. The management staff were at your instant call when needed. “Ultimate Relaxation in Paradise” What a beautiful villa and property. We had the most lovely, relaxing vacation here with all conveniences and more. From a swim in the pool in the morning to a short walk to the local beach in the afternoon, it really is breathtaking. We felt totally safe, whether walking or bike riding in the day or night. Just a short 15 minute walk into a very lovely little town with awesome restaurants and live music. For nature lovers, this place is unbelievable, beautiful birds, butterflies and animals we had never seen before, but was a huge part of our enjoyment living here. We had the best holiday ever!!!

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Great Nosara experience” nice 2 bed 2 bath villa with large tables inside and on patio. Tile throughout with a full kitchen. there are about a dozen villas in the woods but they are pretty private because of the layout. heavily wooded area off the road. rooms are clean and the villass feel very safe. about 1/2 mile waalk to the beach or short car ride. great mile long beach big waves for surfing and a large sandbar for beginners. Nosara fishing is great and they pick you up right at the villa. this is a thumbs up.

“Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“Paradise on the beach!” Great home on the beach! Loved that in less than 45 seconds I was at the pool and in yet another 15 seconds I was standing on the beach. I loved relaxing in the hammock that was strung between two palm trees; it doesn't get more relaxing than that! My 6 y/o son loved the pool so much we had to drag him out at sundown. The graduated "beach like" entrance into the pool made it very kid friendly. The poolside tiki bar was also fun for the adults to set up their own bar while relaxing in the pool. The house was fully stocked and was very comfortable. It is the perfect place for a family vacation and you cannot beat the price!

“Location, Comfort & Style in Playa Del Carmen!” This incredibly spacious condominium rental is worth every penny and more! The location is fabulous, right on the beach and a short walk to 5th ave. and the Cozumel Ferry. The unit is decorated with a style like no other I've seen in rentals in the area, with a charming Mexican theme throughout and an abundance of unique decor. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, another rarity! The kitchen is gourmet and modern and so much fun to cook in! My favorite part is the huge balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful pool area. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Playa and I feel right at home every time I'm in this unit.
