“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. “Absolutely perfect” This was a family trip including myself, two grandchildren, daughter & son-in-law for the primary purpose of scattering my husbands ashes. I could not have picked a better place to stay. It is just beautiful with the feel of home away from home. Every amenity you could ask for, spacious, private (even the pool), with special touches that make this a special place. The owners, Paul and Rosemary are two of the nicest people I've met in a long time making sure that you have everything needed but not intrusive. The proximity to Old Town, the mall, and just about anywhere you would like to go is great. I wish I could have stayed forever. Thank you Rosemary and Paul for helping to make this trip a celebration of life.

“Beautiful home!” Beautiful home, spacious. There were a few small hiccups, but the homeowner was so attentative! She quickly resolved any issues. The home is close to the parks, not too much time in the car, that was nice. Overall, my family truly enjoyed the stay and we would definitely rent this home again!

“Bonnet Creek is our favorite resort in the entire area” Awesome stay as usual! The little extras are above and beyond any other place in the area. “Florida Vacation” Absolutely loved the villa and location. Villa was very nice and located perfectly in a gated community that had an awesome pool with tiki bar, splash pad for kids, playground for kids and all the other normal amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Florida or theme park vacation. Only 5 min from Disney and 15 from Universal with several restaurants and shopping rite within a mile. Highly recommend. Thanks to the owners for making everything so easy, checking in and fast responses.

“Class of 2016 graduates of South County High School had a wonderful stay” I booked this condo for my son and 5 of his friends who wanted to celebrate their graduation from high school. Their reaction and comments were "really nice" and they kept saying "thank you" . Dealing with the property manager (Patrick) was 100% very helpful and honest as well. Would definitely recommend as a wonderful place to stay for family more so than students. Very family oriented. The boys wanted a little bit more action but on the whole they were very happy with it. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations and thank you to Patrick for all of his help in putting up with a paranoid mother of one of the students.

“Truly Amazing” Storytellers the most amazing place to stay. I will definitely return. The owner was always prompt on responding to emails and went above and beyond helping us with our stay. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the cinema, and spa during our stay. We had absolutely no problems with our stay at Storytellers. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the Frozen Room and didn't want to come home. The house is so inviting and beautiful. This house is a must if you are planning a trip to Kissimmee area.

“What a Great Place to Stay in The Garden District!” Okay, I could go on and on about how awesome it was to stay at this place! First off, it was soooooo clean! very nice to walk into a clean home. Second, There's a relaxing backyard area with a pool and hot tub (we didn't use hot tub being that it was hot outside) but both were clean and very well maintained. Also, the owner Dan couldn't have been more nice and more helpful! He was there for us when we needed him and he was a ghost while we did our own thing. Nice to have such an accommodating owner. Oh yeah, It's so close to Magazine street with all the restaurants and bars and shops. Very cool! you should for sure eat breakfast/lunch/brunch at http://www.atchafalayarestaurant.com Dan recommended it and it was incredible. We were there for a bachelor party and what a great place to come home to after a long day on the bayou looking for alligators! Anyway, A MUST STAY!!! Enjoy when you do!

“Villa Rosalinda amazing place to stay” Just returned from a week in Cape Coral staying at Villa Rosalinda. The villa exceeded our expectations, it is fabulous and the best we have stayed in. The location is great, very peaceful with lovely outlook onto the waterways. The villa is excellently presented and has everything in that you could possibly need, if not far more! The surrounding area has great amenities with shops and restaurants a short drive away. We had 6 adults in the villa and there was plenty of room. We made great use of the outside area and the BBQ. All in all a great place to stay and somewhere we would definitely return if we visit the area in the future. The owner is very attentive and helpful. All this contributed to a fabulous time in Florida!
