“Outstanding service!!!” This was our second trip to Krabi and also our second time we rented a villa from this company, because we were so happy the first time. Since we travelled with the extended family, we decided on a larger villa this time and Villa Zoe did not disappoint in that respect at all. It has a very generous layout with 4 large bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The living/dining room is huge and there is an outdoor eating space as well. The pool has a nice size, but since there were some problems with the pump, we could not make full use of it. The garden again is quite big and to the delight of my children the villa came with two motorbikes! It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, however what was making this vacation special was the remarkable service offered by Ching and her team. The tuk tuk on stand by is one big plus, but if there are any problems, the crew is only a phone call away and always looking for ways to solve any issues. We had booked a boat trip, which mainly due to the fault of the boat operator did not turn out as we wanted and we returned early. Ching was negotiating with them a discount and offered us an alternative villa to spend the afternoon as they were fixing the pump at our pool! This was just one example of a few of this kind of service attitude that makes me highly recommend Krabi Best Villas!

“Wonderful experience.” I would definitely recommend this villa from a family trip to a friends sharing trip.Very modern and amazing villa with all the confort, in a private and quiet area but still close to all the amenities (10 minutes to the center with the motorbike). The staff is very discrete but still available to all your desires. Basically you have the service of a 5 stars hotel in a private residence. With the 2 canoe you can go to amazing small white sand private beach or some mangrove beautiful landscaping. The driver bring you where you want from 9am to 10pm. If you add the value of the driver, the rent of the bike and other facilities the villa is actually cheap. Nothing to say more, just try it.

“Excellent” Definitely will visit Krabi Villas again. I personnally deal with Miss JJ for the booking of villa, airport transfer, dinner and snorkelling arrangement. Miss JJ always there to answer my calls and reply my emails. She was absolutely amazing. At one night around 1am midnight i have to call her to direct my tuk tuk driver back to the villa and she patiently explained to my driver. The villa tuk tuk serves until 10pm only. She had arranged the transport transfer from airport, for my dinner and etc. Thumbs up for Miss JJ and Krabi Villa Staffs. Love u all!!!

“Relaxing and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, without worrie” From the first contact via email, to our final in-person goodbye, this was a first class experience and villa. Every need was catered to by Sandy and her friendly accommodating staff. The villa was immaculate, the view stunning, and the pool so perfect I was almost speechless. After a long journey, the personal welcome, face towel, cold drink, and gorgeous air conditioned villa was such a luxury. All week long Sandy catered to our needs providing superb concierge services and the chef cooked every meal to perfection. Every room with its own air conditioning control was genius as we all have different tolerances. The view from our magnificent patio/living room was stunning - I believe I took 50 photos from it alone, the sunsets were worth it. If there was one thing to do to improve, it would be to provide much more drinking water free of charge. The fridge is stocked with everything except cold teas. And to find cold prosecco was a dream! Thank you so much to Mr. Capout and Sandy and staff for making our family reunion one to remember in luxurious surroundings.

“Excellent Services, Friendly Staff, Great Views” We selected Tha Lane Bay based on other peoples input online and were not disappointed. The team is extremely friendly, they all speak english and went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay, from arranging taxi services to organizing day trips etc. This resort as it claims is not in the city center so best do stock up en route form the airport or when coming in, they would be happy to stop at tesco or others. They do offer very decent food service no less. The resort it self is immaculate, well kept, with exceptional customer service and focus. We will most certainly come again. -FS

“Perfect Family Vacation!” We stayed with Som and Tom nine days. The room set up couldn't have been better for a family of seven--mom and dad, three boys and grandma and grandpa! The three boys had a little apartment upstairs and across the yard from the grown ups had a two bedroom house complete with a large screen TV and movies! The boys were very happy about that. We went out for dinner a couple of times, but found that Som's kitchen was the best! The big outdoor kitchen where we had all our meals was the perfect hangout. Som has a menu available, so we had lots of choices. Each meal was delicious!!! The boys enjoyed the zip line one afternoon, but we all spent a great deal of time in the pool--a very beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

“Peace and quiet” It was lovely to be able to relax in our own villa away from the crowds but still be so close to the action. The pool and surrounding area was fantastic. The Manager was most helpful and friendly. Facilities were great. All in all, a great place for a family or a group of friends.

“Best Villa accomodation in ao Nang!” Rob was efficient in replying my queries regarding the villa, through email. I was impressed. We only had to pay 1 night deposit and the remaining nights at the end of our stay. My friends and I (a total of 8 of us) stayed at Baan Santhiya for 3 nights out of the 6 nights we were in Krabi. We were truly wowed and impressed with Rob's & Lynn's great service. Lynn fetched us from the airport and on our journey to the villa she was really friendly and feed us useful information about Krabi. Upon reaching we were ushered to Villa 4. Rob then help us unload our luggage from the van and welcome us. Lynn then gave us the keys and we were quickly done with the admin stuff - efficient. We only faced a few minor problems. First the complimentary welcome fruits were bad (watermelon). However it's free so no complaints there. Next, the pool was a little chalky and only functioned (bubbling and lighting were switched on) in the evening. However we still love the place nonetheless! All in all, we enjoyed our stay there! We love everything about Baan Santhiya! Beds were clean, wifi was fast (faster on level 1 though) and cable tv was awesome! Room service was great too! We always came back to clean and comfy rooms. The pool was great! Though a little chalky but we didn't mind and enjoyed ourselves! Overall everything was awesome! On a side noted: We had to stay at another hotel for the remaining 3 nights of our stay in Krabi because Baan Santhiya was fully booked. Rob was kind enough to personally send us to our hotel using his personal 4 x 4 truck. He even helped us arranged airport transfer from our hotel to Krabi airport on our last day. He is so thoughtful. We were touched. We were truly satisfied with our stay there and we will definitely choose Baan Santhiya whenever we're back in Krabi!

“July 2013 an Escapade More than We Bargained For” Just to give you a heads up, we just returned yesterday and here is my 'thumbs and toes up' review for Villa Saifon & how we wouldn't hesitate to return anytime. We are a group of 5 adults and 2 small children (4year old twins). It was such a pleasant surprise upon arrival to find such an accommodation fit for a 'king' in a rural environment. Yes rural would best describe the surroundings as its picturesque rock formation across a large pond from the private infinity pool would make anyone (from the city of course) stare in wonder for hours. The villa pictures don't quite do it justice to be honest! Despite its rural surroundings, we city-dwellers found it extremely heart-warming as the service staff (Fon, Mike & their team) made our villa more than comfy, and service more than personal. We Singaporeans like to prefer ourselves 'cleaner' and more 'particular' about cleanliness. We would hence consider our experience at Villa Saifon of good standards. And electricity was working perfectly during our entire stay there..=) Its clean, towels are fresh and most importantly, the staff provided impeccable service at our beck and call! We were travelling with 2 small kids so comfort and cleanliness pretty much tops our requirement. I would consider the in-villa dinner prepared by Fon and her girls one of the highlights of our trip to Krabi. It was so worth it, you have to probably experience it to say the same. I would like to thank Mike for parting with his very own breakfast loaf and sharing it with us! Thanks again Mike. It was a hearty breakfast because of that loaf! hahaaa.. Our tip for villa-hunters? This will be more than you bargained for. It was for us =)) Cheerios & Happy Holidays!! Jessica & Family
