“Few days in Paradise” We went there with the aim to stay in a nice house and to discover the island as well. But this place is so nice that we went to the nearby beach only once and spent the rest of our stay within the property, feeling like at home. There is a huge pool, plenty of room to sit back and relax and, last but not least, the food is delicious and prepared by a very nice staff, who made our stay memorable. Why bother to go elsewhere?

“magnifisent experience for the family” Villa Jaliza is a stunning villa up on small hill 10minutes away from the koh samui airport , with air conditioning throughout; it is new, huge, well kept and absolutely clean throughout. Our children loved the infinity pool and the magnificent ocean view has to be seen to be believed. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa is equipped with both Wifi and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The cleaners visited twice in the week to changes linen which was included in the price. The Villa Manageress was so helpful and arranged complimentary collection and drop off to the airport. Our family chose to stay at the hills of Chaweng Noi to get privacy but a the same time be near enough to the beach, local markets and local sights The villa is amazing, the décor amazing and the open plan kitchen lounge was extremely spacious and comfortable We always felt safe in the gated community which is important. The villa is fantastic, facing the ocean and good value for money. Location is great as it is about 5 mins to Chaweng Beach where all the action is and 7 minutes to the local Tesco, Macro. Other local Grocery stores also available everywhere. yet set back in the lush coconut groves facing the ocean. For a private, relaxing or adventurous holiday on Samui, you can't go wrong here! “Best place on Earth” This is a copy of a letter we wrote to the Staff of the Lotus Terraces after our return visit in april. This place is perfect with everything anyone could want away from the crowds of Chaweng Beach, I think my letter to them says it all Well where can I begin to thank this place and their staff. To Ton thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did to organise the most perfect end to our holiday, it was such a pity you could not catch up with us this time, you are more than welcome in our home in australia anytime you wish to visit. Jan and Sue you go over and beyond what any staff of any other establishment have ever done for us to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed sitting and having a friendly conversation with you Jane and hope to do it again in the future. Lastly but never least to Rose, you are a true asset to the Lotus Terraces and our visits would not be the same without you. Your dedication to your work the care you take of us and your endless commitment to make sure we relax and enjoy ourselves no matter what time of the day or night is appreciated more than you realise. As Jenny told Ton we would love to take you home with us. I could write the most excellent review all night but I will finish with what I stated to you all when I was there " this is my favourite place on earth" and I will definitely be back again.

“Awesome holidays, nice place to stay” Hi there! We landed in Koh Samui looking for a relax, diving and golf experience in mind. This condo ticked all boxes for us. It is very well located and fully serviced but does not break the bank either. It is quite likely we'll come back to Koh Samui, and we surely will repeat and "re-book" this condo at "Replay" :-D
