“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“A Bali Beauty” Arriving in Bali after a long flight, it was wonderful to be greeted by our driver at the airport, and transported to our Villa. On arrival we were overwhelmed by the our spacious Balinese home away from home. All mod cons, ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms for added comfort at night. The pool was a bonus, we swam any time of the day or night. The bifold doors were a great to close off the pool as we had young children with us. The villa was serviced daily, it was a real holiday for everyone. There was a water cooler with ice cold water on tap at all times and a kitchen with everything you need for holidays...but why would you cook every day when you are so close to restaurants and shops. There is a laundry virtually across the road..had all our washing and ironing done ready to come home. Lancer and his friendly staff were available to help with anything we wanted. Whether it was a fully cooked breakfast, dinner organised at the Villa or sightseeing to be arranged, he was our man. We had a security guard on duty 24/7 who welcomed us home each day.... We are so glad we chose this property to stay at.

“excellent villa.” We stayed at Villa Jaya for 2 weeks. I would recommend this villa to anyone. We were well looked after by Ani and Sukri. The villa is spacious beautifully appointed and comfortable. Just a short walk through the complex and down a lane to the main shopping and eating areas. A very good restaurant at the front of the complex and also the Best Western next door. The complex is quiet and peaceful, after a day of outings. The pool and the barbeque are are a wonderful place for afternoon drinks. Wifi, cable and a comprehensive portfolio of places to visit. Next visit will be with the grandchildren in the very near future.

“Great Stay” Great Stay! Spacious and with everything you need. Ibu Siti is a great host. very accommodating and friendly. always smiling. Rooms are clean. Pool is great. Comfortable rooms and clean toilets. Near food stalls and about 15 mins to legian and kuta. My friends and i really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended!! abu sufian

“Overall good and comfortable” Loved the cold pool , clean, spacious , beers are readily available . Great wifi , Kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking . Minimal insects which is awesome ! Service is good , we were welcomed by Lancar , a very friendly man who speaks and understand English well . He also organized rafting trip for us swiftly. Great value . Definitely a wonderful accomodation for big groups ! Two 24hr convenience stores are situated right outside the villa . It's quite a mixed experience for 8 of us cos I got the cold nice room and 2 of my friends got the ground floor room which is very warm and uncomfortable Two down side : the room on first floor was very warm . Air conditioning doesn't seem to work , no fan, and the toilet inside this room is a little bit scary for us so we closed and avoid going there . - we were given a phone to use in Bali which is a very nice service , however only managed to use it for a few calls to Lancar and can't make any calls out anymore when we tried to order macdonalds .. Maybe it is networks prob or something , do check with Lancar on how to use the phone . We are still here but do not know how to get him regarding the aircon and the phone.

“homie villa with incredible staff” Experience the villa and the warmth of their services. Excellent place to stay, if you want to experience traditional, Java style, try their Joglos. Their in house menus was inviting, not having a chance to taste them though. Maybe next time and for sure will bring my family and relatives to book again next year. Thank you

“Very Nice” Wonderful holiday at Kubu Pesisi. Stayed 9 nights and loved it. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quiet secluded location only 5 minutes from beach and shops. Clean and new. Only small negative was slippery tiles when wet. Would go back again in a heartbeat.
