“Amazing!” The house is perfect! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. All the comforts from home! There are so many castle's and villages close by that there was no need to travel far. The river itself offers many activities and gorgeous views. We kayaked and hot air ballooned over the river and the sunflower fields. We chose to dine in often on local cheese, meats, fresh fruits and vegetables from the local markets. We also brought up from the restaurant below delicious salads. Everyone's favorite part was the evening dinners on the patio. We would play games and talk about our day with amazing views of the river. Lastly, Kitty and Dave spent many hours helping us plan our trip. They helped us not only with La Roque but they gave us tips on Paris and other helpful travel arrangements. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. It is worth it! Right above the house, less than a 1 min walk, is a wine shop and gelato shop. Don't miss out on either of them. It is a must to go to Sarlat,to the market. Taste everything! You will be happy you did. Make sure you have dinner in Domme and enjoy the fantastic views. There are so many amazing sites! Again! Kitty and Dave you were wonderful! Your house is fabulous!
