“Thanksgiving Getaway” Beautiful location and our pet was able to come along. We enjoyed the beach, fire pit and weather. The one negative is that our unit was very close to a busy road.

“A wonderful place to be!” Our rental was right on the pool/beach. It was perfect! Gorgeous pool and the beach - beautiful, private - everything you could want. The cottages were spacious, clean and kitschy. They had everything you needed. You could tell good people stayed there as everything was well kept and stocked. The owner, Liz, was lovely and even though we had no pets, every pup there was well behaved and everyone was respectful of the rules. The people staying at the other cottages were wonderful and had stayed there before. Obviously Liz knows what she’s doing . My parents also stayed with us and both of them loved the place. The beds were very comfortable which doesn’t always happen in rentals. Hoping to see you next year! Cheers!

“Wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach” My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary and stayed in Sharif and Sabine's condo 202 Reef Club 1000 Gulf BLVD. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was incredible. They asked us to do a quick run through of the unit and if there was anything dirty or needed repair to call immediately. We called on a toilet issue and over the phone we repaired it within minutes. They also had beach chairs umbrella and toys to play with so we did not need to bring anything with us. We are looking forward to our next stay. I have business in Tampa and usually stay at a hotel. if this unit is open, it was less expensive and had tons more room.

“Really Sleeps 8!” Don't know how the prices are normally but going in May we felt we got a great price for beachfront that sleeps 8. With a master bedroom, two in-wall bunk beds and 2 full size sleeper sofas in the living room we had a place for everyone to sleep! The bunk beds of course are nice for kids, however the top bunk did not have any kind of railing or side and I was concerned about one of our kids rolling off. We actually did have an incident where our son was coming down trying to get to the ladder and fell. There is an extra mattress type thing under the bed on the floor so I would probably pull that out some just in case. Two full bathrooms (one in master bedroom and one in hallway) with detachable shower heads, which I always like to use especially with kids Loved that it was all tile floors and no carpet for hygiene reasons! For a family with 5 kids it was handy having a washer and dryer in the room to use. Also has a full kitchen, which we used, but it is tight. Stovetop and oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and stocked and ready with dishes, pots and pans. Balcony had a few sand toys and pool items ready for the kids to use which I thought was cute. I believe there is Wifi- found the password the last night we were there in the guests' comment book which we would have used had we known it was available. It was in a great location for us, right across the street from the Wal-Mart where we end up always needing to make runs to at least every other day. Also super close to Pineapples Willy's and WonderWorks and we visited both. Beach was beautiful, condo looked clean and nice, good deal, great location and Jim had good communication with us which was nice. Do take your own hand soap, bath soap, shampoos and conditioners, laundry detergent, dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. We had taken half of that ourselves but didn't know to take toilet paper and bars of soap and wished I had known because I keep that on auto ship and had tons at home that I could have brought. Oh, pretty huge pool compared to some that I've seen with an outside hot tub and indoor hot tub that was the biggest I've seen! I also liked having a code to access the condo instead of a key or card that wasn't 25 numbers long. Overall, I was observing the condo and how things went the whole time to see if it was a place we would want to rebook and come back to and it is! This could easily be where we stay for our annual family vacation! The only other thing was there wasn't really great parking, that I could see, for high top vans or vehicles with overhead storage. And we were asked for proof of our bracelets at the pool so probably at least keep them on you.

“Excellent location for beach and shopping” We had a wonderful stay with the whole family. Walking distance to the beach access and to the small town center. Very we'll located to start trips to Florida Keys, Everglades, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, many other sights an shopping at Sawgrass mills. Nice Place with pool and Wateraccess. We had great BBQ evenings under the little Tipi hut. 3 Comfortable Bedrooms which were exactly what we were looking for with 6 adults and a child. We would love to come again and recommend this place for a great stay.

“Great location, beautiful views, and nice accomodations” We had a nice stay here at the Ariel Dunes II. The location is great! It is convenient to the beach (a short, but nice walk), and there are also a couple of good beach-side restaurants nearby. There's also a good grocery store nearby within a very short drive, as well as many other shopping possibilities a traveler might need. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated with contemporary furnishings and was quite comfortable. I, for one, appreciate places near the beach that are not decked out with peach and teal walls or seashell sculptures from the eighties. :) The view was also quite nice from the balcony and I spent some nice mornings out there having breakfast while soaking in the sights and sounds of summer.

“Very good!” Everything was great! The owners were really nice and would respond quickly to any questions we had. The check in process was easy and quick. Equipped with everything we needed, even had board games and beach chairs in one closet. The condo was very nice and clean, everything was working, the views were awesome! “Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Great Condo!!” We recently stayed here for our family vacation. It was the perfect amount of room for my husband and I with all 4 kids! Our girls loved the bunk room. The Master bedroom bed is one of the most comfortable my husband and I have ever slept in!!! It is also close to all attractions. The beach is a pretty good distance when your carrying things needed for six people. My only concern was the lock on the door. There was no way to lock it from the inside and it was easily opened by our 20 month old. It definitely kept this Mom on her toes! Overall, my family had a fabulous time in a wonderfully decorated condo! We felt at home and will definitely try to stay again.

“Spacious and beautiful” My girlfriends and I just finished our stay for the third year in a row. This is an outstanding condo. With four or five of us, there is plenty of room. The private spiral staircase to the beach is great! No waiting for the elevator with everyone else. We love sitting on the porch early in the morning and again at sunset. Spectacular views! Also you can visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary which is about 1/2 block to the south. Would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back again next year.

“Ocean View in Paradise” My fiance and I stayed at this condo for the second time in New Smyrna Beach in November and it is a great place to get away. This condo is oceanfront and so you can look out the window with nothing blocking your view of the ocean. It has a nice beachside get away type of feel with how it is decorated and the bed is very comfortable. My fiance really loved the sound of the waves crashing into the beach. The pool is nice and seemed like it was your own private pool as only 1 other couple was out there. There is a very cool bar just a couple block walk down the beach call Chases on the Beach. Seating on the deck with an outside bar and then a separate bar that had many Tv's for your sports intake. Kitty corner across the street is an amazing restaurant called "so Napa" that has great martini's/wine and all the food is good. Their bread is awesome! Played golf at New Smyrna Beach Golf club and the rates are very reasonable with good ability to get a tee time last minute. Down the road in the Flagler avenue area is a fantastic sub shop called Manzano's. Fresh cut subs with Boar's Head Meats... Yum! Flagler ave has tons of shops, small local bars and places to see. A couple other local unique bars are Moe's and Beachside Tavern (They have live music here and it is pretty fun local place, love the rhino head).

“Sunset Dreams - Tropical Paradise” What a wonderful place! We just returned and we miss it very much already. As my wife puts it, "it was like being in another world!" She's become an overnight ornithologist and marine biologist. The owners went well above the standard of what a normal property rental would be. From furnishings, to decor, to kitchen utensils, and appliances; they blow every rental property we've ever seen right out of the water. The home is immaculate. And the island itself has endless things to do. We've already booked for next year!

“Great Vacation Rental” We have been coming to Siesta Key for our Vacations for years... We have stayed at a number of Units at Crystal Sands, Crescent arms and El Presidente... Crystal Sands Unit 308 is one of the best Units we have stayed at... It has a great view of the Beach and Pool... You can watch the Sunsets and Moonsets right from the Lanai... The Unit is Roomy, Clean and had all the appliances, Dishes and Linens we needed... The Washer\Dryer in the Unit is very convenient... It has a New 60" Hdtv in the Living Room with an incredible picture... Jim left printed instructions for the Hdtv, Washer and Dryer which made it very easy to use the appliances in the Unit... We are looking forward to staying in Crystal Sands Unit 308 again for our next trip to Siesta Key...
