“Peaceful Getaway” A group of childhood friends, our spouses, and my young child just completed a visit to this lovely cottage. We had a wonderful time in the peaceful and beautiful Catskills -- hiked at Minnewaska State park, biked on the O&W; Rail Trail, and cooked, played games, and roasted marshmallows at the house. The cottage is very well-appointed with plenty of comfortable space to relax, eat, and sleep. I hope we'll have a chance to return.

“Great experience” The house itself is nice, the view is fantastic. The owner was very helpful. It's near North Conway. Had we gone a week or two later, the views of the foliage from the house would have been incredible. We took day trips to take the cog railroad up Mount Washington and to Portsmouth NH and Kittery, ME. Recommended.

“Best alternative to Fire Island” My partner and I wanted to try something new, we originally always go to Fire Island and although we will always love that place, I can't express how expensive it is just to go for a weekend with friends not to mention that we can't help but feel stranded in a way (we don't drive) because once the ferry leaves, that's it! You will be staying whether you want to or not. I would have never thought that I would find a house of this size, with amenities such as linens, towels, beach chairs, hot tub, and pool included for such a reasonable price at the Hamptons none the less...I thought it had to be a mistake, I literally had to call to confirm the rates. The owner was very prompt in her responses whether it would be through phone and or email, and she definitely went out of her way to make sure we were properly accommodated as well as gave awesome recommendations to nearby shops and restaurants. I never had such a pleasant and smooth experience. It was a one, two, three transaction and was very pleased with the outcome, will be coming back next year for sure!

“Amazing, clean, great place and location!” We stayed here for one week towards the end of August. For us, this is in walking distance to a great little coffee shop, mini golf, and ice cream. The resort is beautiful - we really never had to leave! Cape May is very close by to shop for a few hours. Also, just a short drive to the boardwalk. We enjoyed the many pools at this resort as well as the jacuzzis and the gyms. My kids loved the little game room as well as the basketball courts and playground. (This is also in walking distance to another playground.) The resort has a fabulous grill on the beach with the best fries. We walked to Diamond Beach and ate at that grill as well. It is lit up beautifully at night. As far as the unit itself - perfect. It had everything we needed with great closet space! From the balcony there is a great ocean view. The unit was very clean; no problems with the showers, toilets, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc (I have encountered numerous problems with these in other resorts!) Just to note: They provided many comfortable towels and washcloths! Simply wear the red bracelet tags to get into the pools and gyms - the staff does check which is nice. The owner of the unit sent me everything I needed a week before check-in. Upon arrival I met his neighbor who gave me everything else. Overall, it was a fabulous stay - highly recommended! “Amazing place, beautiful views, very friendly and accommodating owner!!!!” I have traveled here on two separate occasions and have been 100% satisfied each time. My most recent visit I also enjoyed the upgrades that were done such as hardwood floors in the bedroom and various rooms being brightly painted. Both stays I traveled with large groups and there were plenty of room for everyone. Lucio is the owner and he is very friendly, accommodating and eager to please! He cares about how our stay was and is open for suggestions on how to make it better if there were any.

“Perfect place for beautiful memories” This is excellent, amazing, warm and cozy place. I absolutely recommend this place for your family and friends. There are only photos of living room and kitchen here but there are 4 beautiful rooms on 1st and 2nd floor. Not only this beautiful place inside, also by walking a couple minutes, you'll see beautiful landscape with a huge lake. I'm sure we're gonna visit again here in the future. I appreciate that we had a great memory here.

“Great fishing cabin” LOVED the cabin. Very clean, new, tidy, and has everything you need. The cabin is comfortable cute, comfortable for 3 I'd say. The river is steps away and so it the amazing fire pit. A perfect quick getaway alone or with a few people. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would love to return!
