“Vacation Home in Davenport, FL” Great experience in this home, booking was very easy and communication with owners very agile. House was as described in the advertising and is a very comfortable home for family and/or groups up to 8 people.

“Watersedge of Indian Wells” This was a lovely house and it made our stay perfect. It was clean and well equipped. The rooms bedrooms were large as well as the beds. The kitchen well set-up and the living-room furniture very comfortable. The pool area was very lovely and the view over the pond was beautiful. The only real drawback of the pool is the safety alarm on the door to access it. The alarm rings every time you open this door and it becomes a fairly minor annoyance. The managers of this house were always quick to respond to queries and every staff member I spoke to was very friendly and polite. Check-in and check-out procedures were similarly simple. The house was in a great location only 15 minutes drive to Disney and 20 minutes to Universal. Walmart is also located just 5 minutes walk away. A great place that I gladly recommend it!

“Great place to stay with kids, for the kids and adults!” Really nicely acquitted, close to everything. Great stay but the only thing that could have been better was if we didn't have to go off site and try to figure out where the place to get registered for our stay was. Otherwise I would definitely and will definitely be back again.

“Thanksgiving 2016” Great home, clean and spacious. The Gemstone company was very accommodating and Mary, the host, was available even during the holiday. Definitely recommend this home for trips with large groups.

“Great house” Neptune's Nest was excellent for our large family gathering. Well laid out, open kitchen area for lots of cooking and gathering. Upstairs space was plentiful for children and teens. Plenty of bathrooms. Pretty short walk to beach.

“A great time at a great place” The home was in a ideal location across the street from the beach, the oversize pool was a relaxing treat after a day in the waves. The only negative was that the washer was outdated and took exceptionally long to fill with water, and the internet service was weak. We did make two calls for assistance with a much needed table umbrella for the pool area which we received the next day, and when the pool filter stopped working, the pool service was there within an hour. I would recommend this rental and would request it again.

“wonderful” nice home,well decorated,plenty of recreational items and the pool was enjoyed by everyone.The proximity to the beach was just right. Nice large deck and play area.close to grocery store,restaurants were able to deliver..Nice collection of books for reading. The only down side were the ants, the vacuum cleaner did not work and bathrooms were minimal compared to the number of rooms,also small..but ok since all our needs were met. I did not have the code for the keyless entry which worried and not getting hold of anyone until I called the reservation line where a sweet lady made sure I was contacted..all ended well.

“great family reunion House” What a great place. Even with several families staying we didn't feel crowded at all. The three level house was big enough so that everyone could their privacy levels that allows everyone their privacy and still gather for huge meals and celebrations in the large kitchen family area. The beach was just a short walk away. I enjoyed the pool and spent wuite a bit of time in it or lounging around it. The outside decks are multiple levels and provide both Sun and Shade areas to lounge. We especially loved the billiards table and multiple TVs everywhere you looked. The Kitchen is very large and was very well stocked with everything we needed. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had baths. House was clean and beds were made. We would highly recommend staying here.

“Tremendous Experience, Excellent House” This house was amazing. We had 21 family members and at no time did we feel like we were on top of one another. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house is directly on the beach and the views were breathtaking. I enjoyed relaxing and watching the dolphins and beach goers through the huge windows looking at the Ocean. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooks. We take an ocean vacation every other year or so and hands down this was the most spectacular house that we have stayed in. I loved that I didn’t have to lug anything to put my feet in the sand. The rental company was easy to work with and very quick to respond if we needed anything. The beds were made and the house was spotless. I highly recommend would this house, especially for to any family or group who were looking to take a great relaxing beach vacation!

“Great Place” Very well put together, relaxing and beautifully appointed. The views in every direction are great. I don't know how to express it but the place just has a great feel to it. It has a large dining area and tables that can accommodate a large family reunion or event. Just a great place to spend some time at the beach without any worries about anything.
