“Can't beat the location” You could not ask for a better location in Kihei than where this condo is - you have a short 5 minute walk to Kamaole II. Kamaole II is great for snorkeling with rocks on both ends of the beach. There are several restaurants in walking distance in case cooking is not your thing. The outside lock box made our late night arrival hassle free - there was no need to wait for anyone to come and unlock the doors for you. It was also nice to have an assigned parking spot and the registration the next morning was a breeze. The condo has all you need for a great vacation - the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve. Both the condo and the appliances were clean and in great condition. It was raining the day we arrived and the condo was feeling hot and damp and it took a couple of days to dry out, perhaps it had not been used for a while. The main living area has an air conditioning unit - unfortunately the cooling does not reach the bedroom. We also were "lucky" enough to have a few hot and humid evenings and nights with no wind which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. However when the winds are present the nature's air conditioning flows great between the rooms. During cooler months this should be adequate for keeping the bedroom cool. In all our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent clean great location” We would definitly stay here again. This unit is appealing to the eye. King size bed invites good nights. Walk out to lanai for morning coffee. All the beach needs are here.

“Just like home!!” Our accommodation exceeded my expectation. It was located on a beautiful private beach that has a family of turtles that we would find everyday. The view was stunning. We were a party 5 ladies. My daughter turned 21 with her bestie. My friend and her 16 daughter. We felt safe on the top floor. Though my friend felt our place was too warm ( no air) I was very comfortable as the breeze was always there. It was updated downstairs with whirlpool tub upstairs. The best part was the owner Deb who was always available and had little gifts for my daughter a bottle of champagne and cupcakes. She made this occasion very special. I really felt we experienced Maui in a very authentic way. I will be coming back to this place.

“Paradise Found” Thank you for providing a beautiful condo for us to stay in. The unit was in the perfect location at the resort. We loved seeing the lights from the garden pool outside of our bedroom at night. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and the unit was very clean! We loved the spa shower! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our vacation. We only wish that we had booked a longer trip. We will definitely be back. We really appreciated your recomendations on where to eat and what to see while visiting Maui. Star noodle is our new favorite restaurant! The location of the resort itself was perfect. We loved being able to walk to new restaurants every night, except for the nights we cooked in! We really enjoyed the Bbq's and the fully stocked kitchen. We were also able to find free parking every night on the street out front. Thank you again for lettings us stay in your beautiful condo, we will be back!

“Well equipped and maintained, comfortable and easy access to beach, food and shopping.” This was my second stay at this lovely 1 BR condo in Kihei and I enjoyed it even more. The location is great, just across S Kihei Rd from the beach at the north end of Kamaole Beach #1. You can walk on the beach all the way to Ulua Beach if you want. The place is amazingly well equipped. All you need to cook and toys for the beach. This time, I even discovered two yoga mats in covers and two yoga blocks to go with them. Perfect for home yoga or taking them to the beach yoga classes that sometime happen. It is also possible to walk to good food and even the grocery store. The building has a great pool for afternoon cooling and laundry facilities are available on site. There is a bit of a view of the ocean from the lanai, but the general vista of palm trees and tropical vegetation in the neighboring buildings was quite nice. Never used the AC, screens and fans kept things comfortable. Finally the electronics were great, big screen and lots of music and video service choices.
