“Even better than expected” I stayed at this cottage for 11 nights. I felt so much at home that I did not want to leave, not even to go to the beach. The views are stunning. It is very private and quiet. I really liked the sound of the water fall in the gulch below. The cottage offers anything one can dream of... fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, BBQ, outside showers, TV, DVD and a very fast and stable internet. Haiku town is only a few minutes by car (3 minutes to be precise) where you can find groceries, restaurants and a fitness centre (which offers weekly and daily passes for tourists). Paia town and beaches can easily be reached within 15 minutes, Makawao town is also around the corner. Barbara and Hank, the owners of this beautiful property, are very nice people and extremely helpful.

“Family Vacation Paradise” We had our second family vacation stay in the Haleakala Suite and loved it! Tom and Vicki's attention to detail made our vacation so easy and enjoyable. We love the beautiful surroundings, furnishings, and serene atmosphere away from the bustling tourist areas. Yet it's still only a short drive to the beach and excellent restaurants like Mama's Fish House and Hali'imaile General Store. We also spent mornings and evenings in making our own breakfasts and grilling dinners on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to make nice home-cooked meals. We made good use of the beach supplies like the cooler, beach towels, and sand bucket. :) Our time at Bamboo Valley Inn was cherished time - especially our daughter getting to visit Tom and Vicki's horse each morning. We're sure this will be a fond memory for her, and we plan to visit again as often as we can. Don't miss out on this gem of a vacation home!

“Serenity in Maui” My husband and I spent eight days at this lovely property, and quite simply, was the best house rental, and the best vacation we have ever taken. There are not enough words to tell you how beautiful the home is with all the stunning landscaping, yummy fruit trees,and great, private saltwater pool. The home is immaculate, and luxurious. Extremely clean, and absolutely stunning. Very comfortably furniture and great beds. Claudia, the owner is charming, and will be there when you need her for anything. Please, do yourself a favor and stay in this home. It is paradise!

“Luxurious, well maintained, quiet "Paradise Beach Condo".” Firstly, the location was within walking distance to three great beaches, local shopping and great restaurants. This newly renovated condo was a "Home away from Home" with a "Wow" factor. The grounds were well maniquered with a lovely pool, hot tub and BBQ. Every detail in beach accessory from boogie boards, to snorkling gear to beach chairs etc. was at your disposal for a great day at the beach. We will come back again!!!

“Paradise!” Our stay in 427 Sugar Beach Resort was awesome! Beautiful, comfortable condo that was very clean and well stocked. Having free long distance to Canada was a real bonus for us, we were able to call home everyday!

“Well equipped and maintained, comfortable and easy access to beach, food and shopping.” This was my second stay at this lovely 1 BR condo in Kihei and I enjoyed it even more. The location is great, just across S Kihei Rd from the beach at the north end of Kamaole Beach #1. You can walk on the beach all the way to Ulua Beach if you want. The place is amazingly well equipped. All you need to cook and toys for the beach. This time, I even discovered two yoga mats in covers and two yoga blocks to go with them. Perfect for home yoga or taking them to the beach yoga classes that sometime happen. It is also possible to walk to good food and even the grocery store. The building has a great pool for afternoon cooling and laundry facilities are available on site. There is a bit of a view of the ocean from the lanai, but the general vista of palm trees and tropical vegetation in the neighboring buildings was quite nice. Never used the AC, screens and fans kept things comfortable. Finally the electronics were great, big screen and lots of music and video service choices.

“Great island feel, clean, all the amenities you’d ever want, and close to it all.” We used this as the perfect spot to start and end our days. Stopped at Costco on way from the airport to get our basics. Had a homemade breakfast and dinner most nights and packed a few picnics. Great information supplied on which restaurants and attractions to see supplied by the owner. The decore was so adorable in the unit it was great to come home to. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were immaculate as well. After exploring the island it was soothing to relax here. We even got a chance to see our beloved Toronto Maple leafs play thanks to the Great cable coverage. Walked across to the beach several times and saw turtles and whales. Can’t wait to come back.

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Second stay in this lovely condo...” We stayed in this condo two years ago and was impressed with the price and comforts of home that we decided to stay a second time. This condo is still the best value in Kihei. We enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai every morning and went boogie boarding and snorkeling at Kam II everyday. Snorkeling was amazing. We saw beautiful fish and turtles each time. The complex is well maintained and clean. We even used the outdoor grill by the pool and it looked brand new. We will definitely be back.

“Absolutely the best condo to stay in Maui” This is the second time that we have stayed here and we always book this place. Very clean, nice decor, and everything you will need on vacation. There is a beautiful beach steps away from the condo, along with restaurants, and shopping, all very close.

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. “Amazingly Remarkable Vacation Spot” We found our paradise !! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Maui. The view is amazing! How wonderful to hear the waves crashing just below. Soothing and so romantic! So nice to be able to cook meals in and also use the Bbq's at the pool. My husband enjoyed meeting other guy's cooking at the Bbq's. It was quite the social atmosphere. We have been to Maui several times and really liked the location of your condo. So much better than staying in a motel with all the amenities you provided. Thank you so much for the wonderfully decorated tropical atmosphere we had an amazing vacation and will be booking again real soon.

“Perfect location, great view” Unit was clean and comfortable for four adults and a baby. Steps from a fabulous beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants. All the amenities of home. Loved our stay. Can't wait to go back.
