“Fantastic Experience” Stayed with my partner, her 7yr old son, and 79yr old mother. Apartments on the North side were spacious, and even though it was a single room, had enough space for the four of us. Fantastic location with whales visible from the room/beach. Jim was commendable in being flexible with our plans, which due to flight availability, changed part way through discussions. He was very helpful in recommending locations and activities. Look forward to our next stay here.

“A truly wonderful experience that keeps you coming back.” I have done a fair amount of traveling in my lifetime and have chosen to go to Kihei, Hawaii two out of the last three years for vacation. This year, I expect to return again. This is the perfect rental, it can be whatever you want it to be. In the morning we sit outdoors having coffee, watching the ocean glicin, people surfing and whales jumping. The accomodation is centrally located you can walk the beaches,swim in the pool outside your door or walk to the shops and restaurants. The accomodations are great and there are so many modern features and amenities. It is more than I ever expected and the price is reasonable. Carolyn is one of the best managers/hostess. Carolyn is very friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure that her vacationers' have what they like and more! I would recommend this condo to everyone, but please don't take my spot!

“Can't beat the location” You could not ask for a better location in Kihei than where this condo is - you have a short 5 minute walk to Kamaole II. Kamaole II is great for snorkeling with rocks on both ends of the beach. There are several restaurants in walking distance in case cooking is not your thing. The outside lock box made our late night arrival hassle free - there was no need to wait for anyone to come and unlock the doors for you. It was also nice to have an assigned parking spot and the registration the next morning was a breeze. The condo has all you need for a great vacation - the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve. Both the condo and the appliances were clean and in great condition. It was raining the day we arrived and the condo was feeling hot and damp and it took a couple of days to dry out, perhaps it had not been used for a while. The main living area has an air conditioning unit - unfortunately the cooling does not reach the bedroom. We also were "lucky" enough to have a few hot and humid evenings and nights with no wind which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. However when the winds are present the nature's air conditioning flows great between the rooms. During cooler months this should be adequate for keeping the bedroom cool. In all our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

“A sweet sunset view, right on the ocean” The unit was fine; very clean and quiet, on the second floor with a terrace with an ocean view. We were glad to find plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen equipment, and even beach chairs and umbrellas. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We did notice a few unsavory characters hanging out and drinking nearby, but we never felt in danger from them. The beach, though pretty, isn't great for swimming, but happily, we spotted sea turtles feeding along the shore at sunset several times. And terrific swimming/snorkeling beaches are a quick drive away.

“Excellent clean great location” We would definitly stay here again. This unit is appealing to the eye. King size bed invites good nights. Walk out to lanai for morning coffee. All the beach needs are here.

“Maui vacation at Haleakala Shores” Perfectly located, roomy and full of resource materials and beach supplies, Haleakala Shores offered a great vacation experience. The property is very well maintained and close to everything. Basic kitchen suppplies (spices and cleaning) were available as well.

“Immaculate Condo in a Great Central Location” Maui Vista 1319 is an immaculately clean condo with everything you need for a great stay in Maui. The condo was remodeled in late 2011 and we stayed there in February 2012. Everything was in mint condition. The bedding was so comfortable my wife is shopping for the same sheets. The unit has two air-conditioners and two ceiling fans: one set in the main room and one set in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals on those days you opt to cook. You'll also find an iron and ironing board, 2 sets of snorkeling gear, beach towels and beach chairs. The condo is in a convenient location with easy access to food, shopping and the beach. One of the best beaches on the island is right across the street. Walk a couple of blocks to surfing lessons and great restaurants. The Foodland grocery store is also just a few blocks down the street. This part of the island is also great for watching beautiful sunsets. Overall, it's a great centralized starting point to get to any part of the island. We HIGHLY recommend this condo and would definitely book it again for our next visit.

“A Great Location for Our Family's Vacation” Hale Ili Ili was a great spot for our family's vacation. The location was perfect for shops, eating, and of course the beach and ocean! Also, the grassy area was a convenient place for the toddler to play right before a fantastic Maui sunset - which can't be beat and it happens right outside the door. We were excited to arrive, pleased that it exceeded what was promised, quickly made it our home, and wished we didn't have to leave. We hope to be back again someday soon.
