“Mickey Mouse Hut” Wonderful home. Everything you need for a home away from home. Pool was awesome. More than enough pool towels to use. Home was very spacious. Only complaint I had was it was not enough cookware to use to cook meals enough for a large group. Other than that small gesture, I give it 5 stars. Thanks for letting us share another vacation in Florida in your home.

“Awesome” Came to Moab for a Conference and some fun. Decided to stay in this condo instead of the hotel where the Conference was...And man, was that the right decision! Really nice condo, conveniently located,with nice furniture and well stocked kitchen. Booking was simple and so far everything has gone just as planned. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to explore more adventures in the future.

“Moab/Arches hiking” Comfortable, well-appointed condo. We could have used a couple box fans instead of A/C at night. Wish we would have had the chance to use the pool. Booking staff was friendly and helpful.

“Perfect family vacation!” We have rented several condos in the area (including another at Sandcastles) and this is by far the best we have seen! Drew and his siblings were all amazing- Drew went above and beyond for us and really helped to make our stay wonderful. The condo is very large and has everything you need to really enjoy the beach and family time without having to worry about buying things you're only going to need once. With a toddler the beach toys are a necessity as are plenty of towels! She could have her own separate "wing" with bathroom and huge bedroom and we didn't have to worry about waking her up while we relaxed after she went to bed. I don't see how anyone would prefer staying at a hotel to this! The unit is accurately depicted in photos- which has not always been our experience. The units are quiet as well; there was renovation going on in the unit next door and we could hardly hear anything- it was never an issue. We would highly recommend this condo! Thanks again for a lovely vacation Drew, we would have loved to stay longer!

“Gives paradise a true meaning!” This unit is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Lots of stores close by and the view is just gorgeous. This condo has just about everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and hygiene products. The master room bed was so comfy! The beach was great, not crowded like the others I have been to. We enjoyed the pool as well... I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to rent this for a vacation. Perfect 5 stars!

“Mrs” We had an amazing visit!! Our place was wonderful...felt like we were at home. It was very clean and spacious. Only downfall for me was the bed was a bit softer than we normally like. I would definitely go there if I make it back to Moab!!

“Worth it, overall” It was great to have a kitchen to cook after a long day of hiking. The condo needs some serious upgrades. The vents snap and crackle all day and night. This dryer ate my swimsuit. The fridge and stove are older. The hot tub was awesome! Overall was worth it, but would like to have a quieter night sleep and darker blinds. Also, shower curtain should be the arched rod to provide more room in the shower. Would literally take the same condo for the hot tub alone.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. Thanks so much for your home away from home to enjoy for our vacation!

“Wonderful location, wonderful condo, wonderful price, an all around wonderful trip!” We stayed at Chateau By the Sea on Cocoa Beach and had a wonderful time. Condo number 203 was a wonderful condo and the complex had lovely amenities. We were just steps from the beach and we all just loved our trip. “Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“nice house” everything was updated and nice ,except for the mattress they are very old every time we when to sleep and got up we had back paint everybody, and everyroom they need to updated...other then that it was very nice

“This place had it all, great location and all you could ask for in a spacious unit.” This was a wonderful place to stay, one of the best ever! It was clean, nicely maintained, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. There was beach chairs, toys, floats, unbrellas too! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all needed items. When I had a question Drew responded immediately and addressed it.The location was perfect- steps to the beach and the Pier. It also had a nice clean pool too. I will definately be back!

“Wow! What a spectacular 4th of July stay on Cocoa Beach” We stayed in unit 108 Chateau by the Sea and it was all the comfort of home! The condo was beautifully decorated and amazingly CLEAN! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels and extra's! We brought our chocolate lab and although cocoa beach does not allow dogs - we were minutes away from Lori Wilson dog park and Dog Beach - Canova Beach. Our patio was steps away from the pool. Steve was very accommodating to our needs and easy to reach if needed. We plan on staying with them again. Thanks, Steve, for an amazing summer that will last a million memories!

“Uniquely stylish luxury villa” Villa africa lived up to all of our expectations. Spacious, modern, well located and uniquely styled. As a family owned a Villa, the house was full of those little extras that make the property a true home from home. Only slight quibble is that there is no cover for the heated pool, making heating costs a bit higher than they should be. The quality of the villa was matched by the excellent service we received from the Vacanza Rentals team. Everything was exactly as described and the service we received was fast and efficient. I would happily recommend Vacanza Rentals.

“great place for a family to stay” This was a great place for our family to stay. We would definitely recommend for someone to stay. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the house was clean and extremely nice. My only complaint would be not having more than one set of towels per person. I loved it and would absolutely stay here again. One of the nicest areas in the town of moab....

“Wonderful!” What a very very very good surprise ! The house is very well furnished, the jacuzzi and barbecue have been very appreciated and the swimming pool is very closed. We appreciate a lot all small kind of attentions as the card of the supermaket or the lights opened in case you will arrive late. You feel at home. It let great memories to the whole family, thank you !!
