“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Started Rocky But Ended Great!” Booking this villa was easy and the owner was pretty friendly. We ran into a few issues the day of arrival a case of mistaken identity. Called the owner to see of we could check in early and she told me the reservation was canceled. I was devastated, but I knew it had to be a mistake. After about 30 Minutes of showing proof it was determined she had me confused with another guest. She apologized and we checked in successfully. The house was great, clean, and comfortable. It took about a day for the pool heat to function properly but after that the pool and jacuzzi were great. Oh and the washing machine did not work properly. Overall After day 1 Jennifer and Kevin were so accommodating and nice. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this property and it is really close to the disney parks!!!! We would definitely stay again!!!

“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Deluxe townhouse” Had a great time, The condo was very nice pleasant surroundings, would book there again. Close to many restaurants, and places to visit. Main thing it was close to Disney.

“Breathtaking” The view is simply breathtaking. The home was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for entertaining and my kids loved swimming in the heated pool! The home could use a little updating (ie. sliding doors, decor) but we would be happy to return to this residence.

“Perfect Fall Retreat” I used Lou's place for a wedding for my family of four. I loved the venue, which is safe, fun and beautiful. It is also conveniently located very close to the freeway. It is very well maintained and Lou is very responsive and organized. I would definitely go back. Having a place where you can cook and relax is nice and keeps you within budget. Yet, it also has the amenities of a hotel with a shuttle, front desk staff and all the fun that comes with staying at a place that is geared towards recreational activities like heated pools, yoga and even a supermarket. Thanks Lou for allowing us to have such a great time.
