“Everything was great” everything was well described, the place was so beautiful, the sea view was most wonderful, it looks really like the pictures from. “Beautiful Bali!!” Loved our stay, the villa was lovely- the downstairs bathroom is just divine! The extras were great as well eg security man, maid and gardener all made life that bit easier and comfortable. My husband loved the bike and I just loved the fact that it really felt like we were in Bali not just in a hotel that could be anywhere in the world! Fav things were white water rafting, shopping and the kecak fire dance Would love to come back sometime and stay in this beautiful villa again! Thanks!

“Modern, Comfortable and Secure” We enjoyed our stay in Villa asri. It is modern, well appointed, comfortable and secured by a surrounding wall - not that we felt threatened in any way, quite the contrary. Penestanan is a wonderful village close to Ubud. It has a number of good cafe/restaurants, some with entertainment, and is surrounded by pretty interlaced pathways which take you through lush picturesque countryside. Our villa was serviced by 'houseboy' Kadek, who cleans, changes sheets and provides breakfast and has a delightful, unassuming personality. We used a motor bike to get to Ubud in approx 5-10 minutes, subject to traffic, and there is a taxi service close by. It is about a 20 minute walk. Our only problem was the internet connection but the villa manager, Steve, provided us with two modems from different providers which fixed it most of the time. Recommended for its fabulous location, comfort and amenities.

“Lovely holiday home” We are a large family for a 50th b'day party reunion, meeting from UK and Thailand. We booked this villa after all the rave reviews and it didn't disappoint. It was lovely for all the family to stay under one roof. The villa is magnificent: internally spacious, the pool crystal clear and the view too spectacular. The property was very well laid out with a bath / shower room in every bedroom, which gave you the freedom of your own little space when required to relax. The kids loved the DVD collection in the TV room, with the surround sound. The blender did breakdown on the third day but our property manager Ian had replaced it by the end of the day. There were also a couple light bulbs out but we only informed him at the end of the stay as we didn't want to trouble him too much. We took advantage of the special offer on the Honda car (only one available however regarding the special offer). The other vehicle we hired was a Fortuna which was more expensive but seated 7. Both cars were new and splendid and provided us with the flexibility to explore Koh Samui and do general shopping etc. We strongly recommend the small beachside Thai restaurants (cheap and friendly with amazing food) about 1 mile left on the main road (opposite the 7/11 supermarket). The beach here too is great in the day for the kids... The private chartered day trip to the marine park (prospected islands) was a day never to forget - Amazing. Chaweng was very lively and a little hectic for us. Bo Phut and Maenam were more relaxed with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from.

“Paradise” Our stay at Villa Sansil was like staying in an absolute secluded Paradise for six weeks, an experience we will never forget ...But not only the Villa, the garden and its surrounding must be mentioned and last but very sure not least. “A perfect place for a perfect holiday” We had a "Mums n Daughters" holiday here - myself, my Mum, my aunty and her daughter. To sum up our stay in one word: bliss. The accommodations are perfect, beds were comfy, rooms were clean and when we had food prepared for us it was outstanding. And I don't think you can beat the view, just amazing. The whole booking process was very smooth, Caran was very helpful and always prompt with responding. I think our stay was made even better with the excellent managers of the villa. Andrew and Pon - we can't thank you enough, you really made our stay. Very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Book in and I guarantee you'll have an amazing stay. And make sure you arrange for Pon to prepare you a meal - best thai food ever!

“Your own piece of Paradise and truly amazing place to stay” Villa Maju was truly amazing. This was my first time travelling from Melbourne to Bali to attend my Daughters Wedding and I was very anxious about going. After several telephone conversations and reassurance from the owner Mary who lives in Sydney I am so glad I booked this Villa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the wonderful staff treated us like royalty and also welcomed my daughters & partners who also visited the Villa daily as if they were also paying guests. I would like to make a special mention to the staff Wayan, Welan, Tinny, Rai & Mardi (the security man) who went way and above to ensure our stay was one of the most memorable holiday's I have ever had. The respect the staff have for Mary the owner is truly amazing and Mary is very lucky to have such loyal staff to work for her. I would highly recommend to indulge in the Barbecue dinner and the highlight for me was the Teppanyaki which is prepared and cooked by Wayan & Welan who made it such a special night to treasure for ever. I really only left the Villa to attend my Daughters Wedding and to be honest why would you want to leave such a beautiful place anyway. The Villa's facilities were more then you could dream for and the garden was full of beautiful tropical flowers. I would highly recommend Villa Maju to anyone and would like to thank Mary for all your help and you are so lucky to have such a wonderful place to call home.

“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.
