“El Dorado Condo D206” This condo enjoys a great position within the El Dorado complex with wonderful views of the ocean. the near by Islands and of course the Sunsets. Very convenient to parking, the reception area and one of the three pools on the property. It is a short walk to the beach and the private cabana or you could take the resort shuttle cart at your convenience. Whalers village, with shopping and restaurants, is very close and an easy walk as are the other Kaanapali resort areas and Dukes's on the Beach. Lahina is a five minute drive with more shopping, including a Safeway, and many more restaurants. The condo is well equipped, clean and very comfortable and we really appreciated the additional paper goods and cleaning supplies that were provided. The full length lanai is a great place to relax at the end of a "Busy" day on the beach and watch those sunsets. We had a great vacation and our thanks to Walt and his staff and the friendly resort staff for making it a great time in paradise, and we will be back.

“Perfect!!!” Our stay at Wailea Elua was absolutely great. Our accommodations were spacious and beautiful with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The grounds were remarkable with close access to beach and private sitting areas. The condo had everything you needed. The staff on hand were very accommodating. And close to shopping and restaurants.

“Wonderful vacation at Elua Village” We stayed in Unit 702 in Elua Village in Wailea. The location was wonderful, you could see the sunset from the balcony and even sitting on the sofa in the living room. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We had two lanai's and were able to grill out and sit comfortably on the lanai. The location was so close to the pool and very close to the walkway along the ocean. Everything about the condo and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the seating at the dining room was great. I hope we are able to go again and we will definetely stay in Unit 702. The Vitello's

“A Beautiful Unit” This unit has everything that a family of 4 needs to have a great vacation. Our boys loved the short walk to the ocean but were a little disappointed that there were no rackets for the paddle tennis court. The housekeepers were very helpful and security was very professional. We would be happy to rent this unit again.

“Clean and spacious with attentive service” This is a nice condo rental for Wailea. While the furnishings and mattresses are not that up to date, the cleanliness and location are very good. I found the kitchen in particular to have very good supplies. When I complained about the terrible coffee maker, it was replaced immediately. I should have complained during our stay instead of afterwards, and we might have been able to make good coffee while there. The cleaning service was very good. I would have appreciated a second set of beach towels as one set is not nearly enough for a beach vacation. I also would say that the master bedroom mattress was not supportive and is probably too old. This unit is on the row closest to the road so if your 2nd bedroom sleepers are light ones, they might be bothered by traffic noise. Overall this is a great condo village to stay at, but these units are old and you are paying for proximity to the beach, not high end units.

“Wonderful week in paradise!” The staff at ali'i Resorts is fantastic and helped us to plan fun adventures for our family throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was attentitive and worked hard each day to help make our stay great. The property and condo were both very well maintained and beautiful- with spectacular views throughout. One of our favorite features was the patio and the amazing view that we enjoyed while dining outdoors. The beach access was convenient, just a short walk down a paved path to the beach that offered kid friendly boogie boarding waves and rock outcropings for snorkeling. We have stayed in a few of the luxury hotels in Wailea and prefer the relaxed environment of Makena Surf.

“Fantastic Stay at Makena Surf” We would definitely return to this property, if not exact condo, at Maken Surf. Great location and ideal building on the big beach.Make sure you see the development plan so you pick the right building - it's worth being beachfront. And when the west coast was in the clouds, we were always sunny. Lovely beach, quiet with just the right amount of action close by. Easy drive to area shops and restaurants. Condo was ideal and services were terrific. If you are looking for beach and pool bar, resort services - this is not your place. There is a beach and pool but no blended drinks being served. But you'll spend three times the money for a hotel room versus having the luxury of spreading out at "home" with your family for meals, movie night and morning breakfast on the lanai. A much nicer way to go and then eat dinner in all the great restaurants. Who wants to shower and dress for breakfast anyway? I'd rather eat on the lanai and relax. The condo has everything you would want for a lovely stay from good bedding, spacious bathrooms,beach chairs, daily maid service, to streaming Netflix and fully stocked kitchen. Rent a car and you are all set.You won't want to leave and you feel more like you live there rather than just being another tourist. Oh and having a washer dryer in the unit was super convenient. Overall... a lovely spot.

“Serenity in Maui” My husband and I spent eight days at this lovely property, and quite simply, was the best house rental, and the best vacation we have ever taken. There are not enough words to tell you how beautiful the home is with all the stunning landscaping, yummy fruit trees,and great, private saltwater pool. The home is immaculate, and luxurious. Extremely clean, and absolutely stunning. Very comfortably furniture and great beds. Claudia, the owner is charming, and will be there when you need her for anything. “One of my most memorable vacations.” Very clean, housekeeping would stop in to tidy up, (vacuum and check towel inventory). Location is private and secluded feeling with the ends of the property being fenced. This resort offers peace and quiet. Pools never had more than around six people when we went to use them. Location gives you some of the best snorkeling on Maui.

“Maui memories” We were excited to be coming back back to Makena Surf after staying there two years ago and being so impressed with the unit and the beautiful surroundings back then. “Maui vacation” This is our second time staying at Honua Kai but our first time in this unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our experience has been wonderful with Maui Westside from our late night arrival to the unit and our subsequent dealings with them. They responded in a timely manner to all our concerns. The unit was well equipped with all the basics such as laundry soup, paper towels and dish soup. We were pleasantly surprised by the partial ocean view from the unit. We look forward to our next visit.
