“A truly wonderful experience that keeps you coming back.” I have done a fair amount of traveling in my lifetime and have chosen to go to Kihei, Hawaii two out of the last three years for vacation. This year, I expect to return again. This is the perfect rental, it can be whatever you want it to be. In the morning we sit outdoors having coffee, watching the ocean glicin, people surfing and whales jumping. The accomodation is centrally located you can walk the beaches,swim in the pool outside your door or walk to the shops and restaurants. The accomodations are great and there are so many modern features and amenities. It is more than I ever expected and the price is reasonable. Carolyn is one of the best managers/hostess. Carolyn is very friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure that her vacationers' have what they like and more! I would recommend this condo to everyone, but please don't take my spot!

“Fantastic Experience” Stayed with my partner, her 7yr old son, and 79yr old mother. Apartments on the North side were spacious, and even though it was a single room, had enough space for the four of us. Fantastic location with whales visible from the room/beach. Jim was commendable in being flexible with our plans, which due to flight availability, changed part way through discussions. He was very helpful in recommending locations and activities. Look forward to our next stay here.

“Home away from home” I did a lot of research in finding an appropriate place for me and my family to stay in while in Maui, and this was by far an affordable and wonderful condo. It had an ocean view (kalepolepo beach- pretty to see but a tad too muddy to swim in for our liking, maybe it was a season issue?) from a spacious lanai. Whenever we travel we like to feel as if we are at home and that's the feeling we got when we came to live here. We cooked wonderful meals, relaxed in the Jacuzzi after a long day of going to all the beaches at night, and felt like a part of maui for a week. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we wanted and needed, only thing missing was a weight scale to weigh the luggage but that's just being a little picky on my part. Tips would be to go to Costco after you land in Kahului because its literally a few blocks away from the airport and stock up on food for the week, very helpful. From there its about 20 min drive to kihei. Another tip is to make sure you go to ululanis shaved ice, not too far from condo, for delicious Hawaiian shaved ice!! All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to this condo when we return to maui. Thank you again!!

“Great Home Base in Maui” A great value with all the amenities we were looking for - air conditioning, updated kitchen, laundry, free parking. Property is very updated and well maintained.

“A sweet sunset view, right on the ocean” The unit was fine; very clean and quiet, on the second floor with a terrace with an ocean view. We were glad to find plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen equipment, and even beach chairs and umbrellas. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We did notice a few unsavory characters hanging out and drinking nearby, but we never felt in danger from them. The beach, though pretty, isn't great for swimming, but happily, we spotted sea turtles feeding along the shore at sunset several times. And terrific swimming/snorkeling beaches are a quick drive away.

“The view... sigh, the view” We stayed on Maui for a week and really enjoyed the central location and ocean view from this property. It's big and comfortable enough for two people and the updates to the unit did not go unnoticed. Would definitely stay again if we were lucky enough to come back!

“Our Maui Holiday” Although I didn't personally stay in #214 ..... I rented that unit for my daughter and her children, I know they had a wonderful time but did leave a short list of items that were of concern. It is a beautiful location and a wonderful place to holiday.

“Great Stay in Kihei” The property was excellent and well furnished. The provided accessories really made it worthwhile and could not have been better. The only thing we would have liked to see would have been a curtain or light blocking covering in the bedroom window to stop the early morning sunlight...not a negative for early risers, but for us sleep inners, a nice to have. Otherwise this is the best furnished and set up property we have rented...especially for the excellent price. We would definitely recommend this place to others and will use it again the next time we return to Maui..Mahalo and Aloha
