“Beautiful Home” The setting and view is spectacular. All the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, although be careful as there is a flaw in the slate and the cue ball can go flying! The Sonos music system is also great. The backyard is perfect. Lots of pool toys. We enjoyed the evenings watching the stars. We did have a few minor issues. We had 3 adult couples and it wasn't clear that two of the bedrooms had a shared bath. The other bath was across the hall. We had expected private baths for each bedroom. The showers are beautiful but water pressure is minimal. Lastly, it seems that pool and hot tub controls are managed by the owner down below. The pool light would turn off and if you wanted to swim late, we couldn't find a pool light switch. Lastly, we didn't have heat in the hot tub the first day/night and requested help from the owner. No response. The pool maintenance person fixed it for us the next day. Even with these minor issues, I would recommend the home again. It is beautiful and has stunning views. We enjoyed the fruit trees, too.

“A truly wonderful experience that keeps you coming back.” I have done a fair amount of traveling in my lifetime and have chosen to go to Kihei, Hawaii two out of the last three years for vacation. This year, I expect to return again. This is the perfect rental, it can be whatever you want it to be. In the morning we sit outdoors having coffee, watching the ocean glicin, people surfing and whales jumping. The accomodation is centrally located you can walk the beaches,swim in the pool outside your door or walk to the shops and restaurants. The accomodations are great and there are so many modern features and amenities. It is more than I ever expected and the price is reasonable. Carolyn is one of the best managers/hostess. Carolyn is very friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure that her vacationers' have what they like and more! I would recommend this condo to everyone, but please don't take my spot!

“Fantastic Experience” Stayed with my partner, her 7yr old son, and 79yr old mother. Apartments on the North side were spacious, and even though it was a single room, had enough space for the four of us. Fantastic location with whales visible from the room/beach. Jim was commendable in being flexible with our plans, which due to flight availability, changed part way through discussions. He was very helpful in recommending locations and activities. Look forward to our next stay here.

“Home away from home” I did a lot of research in finding an appropriate place for me and my family to stay in while in Maui, and this was by far an affordable and wonderful condo. It had an ocean view (kalepolepo beach- pretty to see but a tad too muddy to swim in for our liking, maybe it was a season issue?) from a spacious lanai. Whenever we travel we like to feel as if we are at home and that's the feeling we got when we came to live here. We cooked wonderful meals, relaxed in the Jacuzzi after a long day of going to all the beaches at night, and felt like a part of maui for a week. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we wanted and needed, only thing missing was a weight scale to weigh the luggage but that's just being a little picky on my part. Tips would be to go to Costco after you land in Kahului because its literally a few blocks away from the airport and stock up on food for the week, very helpful. From there its about 20 min drive to kihei. Another tip is to make sure you go to ululanis shaved ice, not too far from condo, for delicious Hawaiian shaved ice!! All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to this condo when we return to maui. Thank you again!!

“A sweet sunset view, right on the ocean” The unit was fine; very clean and quiet, on the second floor with a terrace with an ocean view. We were glad to find plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen equipment, and even beach chairs and umbrellas. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We did notice a few unsavory characters hanging out and drinking nearby, but we never felt in danger from them. The beach, though pretty, isn't great for swimming, but happily, we spotted sea turtles feeding along the shore at sunset several times. And terrific swimming/snorkeling beaches are a quick drive away.
