“Beautiful Home” The setting and view is spectacular. All the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, although be careful as there is a flaw in the slate and the cue ball can go flying! The Sonos music system is also great. The backyard is perfect. Lots of pool toys. We enjoyed the evenings watching the stars. We did have a few minor issues. We had 3 adult couples and it wasn't clear that two of the bedrooms had a shared bath. The other bath was across the hall. We had expected private baths for each bedroom. The showers are beautiful but water pressure is minimal. Lastly, it seems that pool and hot tub controls are managed by the owner down below. The pool light would turn off and if you wanted to swim late, we couldn't find a pool light switch. Lastly, we didn't have heat in the hot tub the first day/night and requested help from the owner. No response. The pool maintenance person fixed it for us the next day. Even with these minor issues, I would recommend the home again. It is beautiful and has stunning views. We enjoyed the fruit trees, too.

“Fantastic Experience” Stayed with my partner, her 7yr old son, and 79yr old mother. Apartments on the North side were spacious, and even though it was a single room, had enough space for the four of us. Fantastic location with whales visible from the room/beach. Jim was commendable in being flexible with our plans, which due to flight availability, changed part way through discussions. He was very helpful in recommending locations and activities. Look forward to our next stay here.

“Immaculate Condo in a Great Central Location” Maui Vista 1319 is an immaculately clean condo with everything you need for a great stay in Maui. The condo was remodeled in late 2011 and we stayed there in February 2012. Everything was in mint condition. The bedding was so comfortable my wife is shopping for the same sheets. The unit has two air-conditioners and two ceiling fans: one set in the main room and one set in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals on those days you opt to cook. You'll also find an iron and ironing board, 2 sets of snorkeling gear, beach towels and beach chairs. The condo is in a convenient location with easy access to food, shopping and the beach. One of the best beaches on the island is right across the street. Walk a couple of blocks to surfing lessons and great restaurants. The Foodland grocery store is also just a few blocks down the street. This part of the island is also great for watching beautiful sunsets. Overall, it's a great centralized starting point to get to any part of the island. We HIGHLY recommend this condo and would definitely book it again for our next visit.

“Home away from home” I did a lot of research in finding an appropriate place for me and my family to stay in while in Maui, and this was by far an affordable and wonderful condo. It had an ocean view (kalepolepo beach- pretty to see but a tad too muddy to swim in for our liking, maybe it was a season issue?) from a spacious lanai. Whenever we travel we like to feel as if we are at home and that's the feeling we got when we came to live here. We cooked wonderful meals, relaxed in the Jacuzzi after a long day of going to all the beaches at night, and felt like a part of maui for a week. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we wanted and needed, only thing missing was a weight scale to weigh the luggage but that's just being a little picky on my part. Tips would be to go to Costco after you land in Kahului because its literally a few blocks away from the airport and stock up on food for the week, very helpful. From there its about 20 min drive to kihei. Another tip is to make sure you go to ululanis shaved ice, not too far from condo, for delicious Hawaiian shaved ice!! All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to this condo when we return to maui. Thank you again!!

“Maui vacation at Haleakala Shores” Perfectly located, roomy and full of resource materials and beach supplies, Haleakala Shores offered a great vacation experience. The property is very well maintained and close to everything. Basic kitchen suppplies (spices and cleaning) were available as well.

“The view... sigh, the view” We stayed on Maui for a week and really enjoyed the central location and ocean view from this property. It's big and comfortable enough for two people and the updates to the unit did not go unnoticed. Would definitely stay again if we were lucky enough to come back!
