“Beautiful Home” The setting and view is spectacular. All the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, although be careful as there is a flaw in the slate and the cue ball can go flying! The Sonos music system is also great. The backyard is perfect. Lots of pool toys. We enjoyed the evenings watching the stars. We did have a few minor issues. We had 3 adult couples and it wasn't clear that two of the bedrooms had a shared bath. The other bath was across the hall. We had expected private baths for each bedroom. The showers are beautiful but water pressure is minimal. Lastly, it seems that pool and hot tub controls are managed by the owner down below. The pool light would turn off and if you wanted to swim late, we couldn't find a pool light switch. Lastly, we didn't have heat in the hot tub the first day/night and requested help from the owner. No response. The pool maintenance person fixed it for us the next day. Even with these minor issues, I would recommend the home again. It is beautiful and has stunning views. We enjoyed the fruit trees, too.

“Fantastic Experience” Stayed with my partner, her 7yr old son, and 79yr old mother. Apartments on the North side were spacious, and even though it was a single room, had enough space for the four of us. Fantastic location with whales visible from the room/beach. Jim was commendable in being flexible with our plans, which due to flight availability, changed part way through discussions. He was very helpful in recommending locations and activities. Look forward to our next stay here.

“A truly wonderful experience that keeps you coming back.” I have done a fair amount of traveling in my lifetime and have chosen to go to Kihei, Hawaii two out of the last three years for vacation. This year, I expect to return again. This is the perfect rental, it can be whatever you want it to be. In the morning we sit outdoors having coffee, watching the ocean glicin, people surfing and whales jumping. The accomodation is centrally located you can walk the beaches,swim in the pool outside your door or walk to the shops and restaurants. The accomodations are great and there are so many modern features and amenities. It is more than I ever expected and the price is reasonable. Carolyn is one of the best managers/hostess. Carolyn is very friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure that her vacationers' have what they like and more! I would recommend this condo to everyone, but please don't take my spot!

“Maui vacation at Haleakala Shores” Perfectly located, roomy and full of resource materials and beach supplies, Haleakala Shores offered a great vacation experience. The property is very well maintained and close to everything. Basic kitchen suppplies (spices and cleaning) were available as well.

“A beautiful condo!” We have stayed at many vacation rentals all over the world but only a few stand out. This one made our "list". It was VERY clean and the BEST equipped unit we have ever stayed at. Not to mention it is beautiful and wonderfully appointed too. We absolutely could not believe what the owners have included for guests use. You will want for NOTHING. Seriously! I won't deny that having a/c and a washer/dryer were the best perks ever but I seriously would stay here even without those things. The reservation process was seamless and communication perfect. It is obviously managed by a very reputable company (Rentals Maui). We have stayed at this location before so we were familiar with it and love it. I highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed.

“Maui” WE loved the location, and the extra snorkel gear in the patio box was perfect. The property was well cared for but could have been cleaner. The bathroom needed a good wipe when we arrived. But I would absolutely recommend this property.

“more than expected!” To our suprise the unit had boggie boards, louged chairs,umbrella for beach usaged. Kitchen fully equip however the ice maker is not hook up with the water supply,(w/c can be easily fix). The condo right across from the small beach park perfect for children less waves, only about 5-7 blocks bigger park, bigger waves, very close to restaurant and groceries store. This condo is great for budget traveler like me. Oh!food expensive in Hawaii, so try to bring your fave munchies, like chips,choco,candies, only dry items no liquid or jello products, you may carryon this items with you (yap!airline employee). A car is a must if you are planing to hop from on beach to another. Don't waste your money/time going to Hana or garden of Eden, enjoy and have fun with the beach activities instead, the JOY is there!
