“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. “This Place Has Everything You're Looking for on Maui” We really enjoyed staying at Maui Kai 806. The setting suns and moons as well as the layout of the unit, and the extremely helpful staff (especially Rowena) made our stay wonderful. We would recommend this place to our closest friends and relatives. It is ideally situated with access to all that Maui has to offer. Close to terrific beaches (snorkeling, sunning, etc.), close enough to beautiful sightseeing around Maui, and access to wonderful Lahaina, this place is simply amazing. It was my first trip to Hawaii and definitely a 5 star stay. This place rocks!

“Peaceful and relaxing” We had a relaxing stay at this condo. The pool and common areas were well kept and our neighbors were polite and friendly. We did not use the beach access here but did drive to nearby beaches. The condo had some upgrades such as the large kitchen island. In fact, the openness of the kitchen to the living room was very nice. We also enjoyed the lanai for eating meals and for whale watching. Watching the sunset from the property was a favorite way to end the day. The amenities were improving with the addition of new washers and driers in the community laundry room. Some may find this condo to be more rustic than luxurious but it met our expectations within the price point as cozy and a nice place to stay after adventure filled days. A big plus is that this condo community seems to attract a very considerate group of people. It was peaceful and relaxing to stay here and our overall impression was favorable.

“What a wonderfully relaxing get-a-way!” From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome! Every detail thought of: a welcome basket of fruit, beautiful flowers in the room & all amenities you need in the condo. We loved this unit & thought it was really cozy. “Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“El Dorado Condo D206” This condo enjoys a great position within the El Dorado complex with wonderful views of the ocean. the near by Islands and of course the Sunsets. Very convenient to parking, the reception area and one of the three pools on the property. It is a short walk to the beach and the private cabana or you could take the resort shuttle cart at your convenience. Whalers village, with shopping and restaurants, is very close and an easy walk as are the other Kaanapali resort areas and Dukes's on the Beach. Lahina is a five minute drive with more shopping, including a Safeway, and many more restaurants. The condo is well equipped, clean and very comfortable and we really appreciated the additional paper goods and cleaning supplies that were provided. The full length lanai is a great place to relax at the end of a "Busy" day on the beach and watch those sunsets. We had a great vacation and our thanks to Walt and his staff and the friendly resort staff for making it a great time in paradise, and we will be back.

“A wonderful, relaxing place to stay in Maui” Just what we wanted! The place is very convenient, and has the amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation, including beach chairs & mats, towels, boogie boards etc. Parking is a breeze, and it's close to the bus line as well. “This condo is a wonderful place to enjoy Maui.” We had a wonderful visit to Maui here in this condo Hokulani 509. The views from the condo are breath taking. Before we arrived, I hoped that the pictures on the web site would be accurate. I was not disappointed. The condo is well stocked with what you need to make your stay pleasant. We were there for two weeks and did not feel that we were in need for anything. The grounds are beautiful with three pools and hot tubs. There is a restaurant on the grounds that is very convenient. We cooked in and ate out over the two weeks. Nice grills are available for guests use. There is a grocery store close by. There is so much to do between Lahaina and Kapalua. We would rent again.

“Beautiful Maui Stay” Everything about this stay was fantastic. The people at Maui Westside Properties were fantastic to work with. Having never booked through them, you are always a little nervous, but e-mails and phone calls were always handled great. The unit itself, 501 Konea is beautiful. Don't think you can beat the view! The unit is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and put your personal belongings away. The resort pools were great for the kids, and despite being there for Easter week, there were plenty of chairs around the pool to lounge around on. Dukes is a very nice restaurant that we visited pretty much every day, either for breakfast, Lunch or dinner. Loved the steak tacos! We didn't do much cooking this trip, but the Lanai had beautiful Viking appliances for grilling. Even had an outdoor refrigerator to store your food. We also liked the convenient access to both Lahaina and Kapalua. They were both just a short drive away. All in All, we hope to be back to Maui in the next several years, and hope this unit is available when we do.

“Room was great!” This room and condo development is great. The construction next door was not overly intrusive with the windows closed - they always closed down for the day before dinner so we can enjoy the balcony. My only negative is that they should have a few more blankets in the room available to the guests.

“MAUI TRIP” The condo was as great as expected. Views were exceptional. Rainbows appeared on three different days on the mountain side. Te facility had every amenity that anyone can ask for. Our hosts were wonderful and were there to greet us at 12 midnight. What more can a person say.

“Even better than expected” I stayed at this cottage for 11 nights. I felt so much at home that I did not want to leave, not even to go to the beach. The views are stunning. It is very private and quiet. I really liked the sound of the water fall in the gulch below. The cottage offers anything one can dream of... fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, BBQ, outside showers, TV, DVD and a very fast and stable internet. Haiku town is only a few minutes by car (3 minutes to be precise) where you can find groceries, restaurants and a fitness centre (which offers weekly and daily passes for tourists). Paia town and beaches can easily be reached within 15 minutes, Makawao town is also around the corner. Barbara and Hank, the owners of this beautiful property, are very nice people and extremely helpful.

“Great accomodations for Maui vacation” This condo was perfect for our recent Maui vacation. The unit was very clean and well equipped and the team from Maui Westside Properties were great to deal with. No issues at all with booking or the check in/out process. Honua Kai is a great complex - well maintained, lots of amenities, several pools, easy beach/ocean access, lots of parking, close to Lahaina and it's restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
