“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Wonderful Time” We loved the condo, the only problem we had with the unit is it was too hot. The sun came in from 8 am till sunset. We love sitting on the Lanai but there is no sun screen to block full sun. The entire A building has this problem. We will only stay on B side from now on. Other than that it was wonderful.

“Great Getaway!!” I loved unit 1105 at The Palms. It was totally updated and very clean. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have. Loved the quiet nature of the Palms and the proximity to all of the beautiful beaches!!

“Great place to stay for the price” We loved the location and views from our units. The pool was warm and quite nice despite having many restrictions. The units were clean and nice looking however many of the amenities promised (ie. beach equipment) were not in good enough shape to even be useful. If you are advertising these amenities, they should be in decent shape (both beach umbrellas were broken and the cooler bag was so beat up it leaked water all over the place). The property managers skimped on some of the simple things like providing more than a couple of garbage bags and rolls of toilet paper or making sure the light bulbs were new (3 went out during our 10day stay). The garbage disposal in one unit was broken altogether and the screen door in the other had no handle from the outside (a big problem if you go outside and close the door behind you). The rental agency was difficult to reach but did eventually come and replace the light bulbs. All in all we had a good stay but these little things would make a big difference.

“Best experience ever in USA. Loved every minute of our stay.” #51 @ #48 condos were by far even better than the reviews and pictures described. My family from Canada and myself were truly impressed by the attention to detail and how well the units were presented. “A breath of fresh air” I have stayed at many different rentals never knowing if the pictures show what the condo really looks like. This rental was exactly what was shown and more! We were impressed with the updated features and location. The balcony was our favorite and the condo was very clean and accommodating for all our needs. “BEST VACATION EVER !!!!!!!” It was a great rental had everything we needed and more. The location was the best. Pool spa BBQ area for lots of family fun. We are back at home and planing already to come back in February 2014 the kids had so much fun and that is what vacation is all about fun fun and more fun !!!

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. “Kihei Private Home” Wanted to try "villa" living on Maui and this was spectacular! Private, modern, fully equipped and right on the beach. Easy to get to anyplace on Maui. Able to but local seafood and vegetables and cook great meals rather than dine out every night. There was nothing we wanted for and will likely return again!

“A wonderful week on Maui” Maui Kamaole #A-202 in Kihei was a perfect place for my wife and I and two teenage daughters to stay. Plenty of space and a well stocked accomodation made us feel very comfortable for our week long stay.

“Love Maui and the Palms” The Palms is our favourite place to stay in Maui. Room 603 was in very good shape but we had an incident the second to last day with water from the room above but the property management and rental management groups got on it right away. The 2 bedroom room size is perfect for our group and the lanai's can't be beat for comfort and use. We make great use of the kitchen and can't beat having your own barbeque on the patio. We love Keawakapu beach - 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive and there is very good parking, lots of space and a great beach.
