“Great condo, Great Location!” Great condo, great location! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned home from a 10 day stay at Papakea G-407! I wish I could have stayed forever! The condo is in a great location convenient to several gorgeous beaches and a short drive to Lahaina town. We had all the conveniences needed to prepare meals in and enjoyed dinner on the lanai several evenings with a beautiful sunset! Anne provided a great deal of information on the area as well as helpful hints for shopping, sightseeing, etc. The grounds at Papakea are absolutely beautiful! There are two great pools as well as two large jacuzzis. We will definitely return to this condo on our next visit to beautiful Maui! Thank you, Anne and Wes for sharing your home with us! “Wonderful accommodations” We stayed at Jean's condo for 2 weeks in Feb/March 2014. The condo was outstanding on the quiet end of Kihei Rd. This is a very nice condo with an island color scheme. The furnishings were comfortable both inside and on the lanai. There is air conditioning but you can get a nice breeze moving if you use the ceiling fans and keep the windows open. Everything was there for our use. The only thing you need to bring is a change of clothes, perishable groceries and a toothbrush. The cupboards were well stocked with almost everything imaginable including aloe vera for my husbands nasty sunburn. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a great advantage. The laundry detergent & fabric softener were provided. The kitchen has all kinds of stuff you might need including a mix master, food processor etc. We have made several trips to Maui and have never stayed somewhere that was so well stocked. The condo was very well cleaned without a speck of dust anywhere. The floors shined. The gardeners are meticulous. Not a single blade of grass was out of place. The area around the pool has several bbq's and an outdoor kitchen. The pool and hot tub were nice and didn't have excessive chemicals used. Jean was very attentive to our needs. She answered phone calls and replied to all emails within minutes. She provided a lovely gift basket for us filled with coffee, potato chips, chocolates plus other goodies. She has a book of information in the condo with recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. I would highly recommend this condo for anybody that needs a two bedroom. I wish there was a way to leave more than 5 stars because this place is a 10. Thank you again Jean for sharing your lovely condo with us. I cannot wait to go back. We will most certainly rent from you again on our next trip.

“Wonderful Time” We loved the condo, the only problem we had with the unit is it was too hot. The sun came in from 8 am till sunset. We love sitting on the Lanai but there is no sun screen to block full sun. The entire A building has this problem. We will only stay on B side from now on. Other than that it was wonderful.

“Wonderful!” Our condo, 412B, at Maui Sunset was completely updated and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view. Units at this complex can vary depending on who you are renting from. We were very happy with this unit rented from Kumulani, and would definitely do so again. The Kumulani staff was terrific!

“Even better than expected” I stayed at this cottage for 11 nights. I felt so much at home that I did not want to leave, not even to go to the beach. The views are stunning. It is very private and quiet. I really liked the sound of the water fall in the gulch below. The cottage offers anything one can dream of... fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, BBQ, outside showers, TV, DVD and a very fast and stable internet. Haiku town is only a few minutes by car (3 minutes to be precise) where you can find groceries, restaurants and a fitness centre (which offers weekly and daily passes for tourists). Paia town and beaches can easily be reached within 15 minutes, Makawao town is also around the corner. Barbara and Hank, the owners of this beautiful property, are very nice people and extremely helpful.

“Great accomodations for Maui vacation” This condo was perfect for our recent Maui vacation. The unit was very clean and well equipped and the team from Maui Westside Properties were great to deal with. No issues at all with booking or the check in/out process. Honua Kai is a great complex - well maintained, lots of amenities, several pools, easy beach/ocean access, lots of parking, close to Lahaina and it's restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

“Amazingly Remarkable Vacation Spot” We found our paradise !! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Maui. The view is amazing! How wonderful to hear the waves crashing just below. Soothing and so romantic! So nice to be able to cook meals in and also use the Bbq's at the pool. My husband enjoyed meeting other guy's cooking at the Bbq's. It was quite the social atmosphere. We have been to Maui several times and really liked the location of your condo. So much better than staying in a motel with all the amenities you provided. Thank you so much for the wonderfully decorated tropical atmosphere we had an amazing vacation and will be booking again real soon.

“Our First Maui Vacation” My girlfriend and I have used Vrbo before, for properties in Europe and have never had an issue. Jill and Terry did not disappoint! The Honua Kai property and more specifically the unit we stayed in owned by Jill and Terry was absolutely incredible! I think it's rated as 4 stars, but clearly it was closer to 5 stars in our opinion. The description and photos on the unit were quite accurate. Jill was amazing with customer service and always helped us when needed. The amount of local information made available to us in the form of a very big binder or two in their condo was awesome. The condo unit was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We highly recommend a visit to Honolua Bay to go snorkling. It's only about a 15 minutes drive from the property, and worth the visit! It's a rocky beach, so leave the beach chairs at home and just take towels and snorkel equipment with you. Also, if you're a foodie, check out Roy's, about 5 miles south of Honua Kai. As well, Duke's is on the Honua Kai resort property and it's an awesome restaurant for drinks, lunch and dinner-highly recommend both Dukes and Roy's. We also went to the Old Lahaina Luau one night, and boy it was just amazing! Great entertainment and food. We would recommend this property to anyone, and have already done so with our friends.

“This condo is a wonderful place to enjoy Maui.” We had a wonderful visit to Maui here in this condo Hokulani 509. The views from the condo are breath taking. Before we arrived, I hoped that the pictures on the web site would be accurate. I was not disappointed. The condo is well stocked with what you need to make your stay pleasant. We were there for two weeks and did not feel that we were in need for anything. The grounds are beautiful with three pools and hot tubs. There is a restaurant on the grounds that is very convenient. We cooked in and ate out over the two weeks. Nice grills are available for guests use. There is a grocery store close by. There is so much to do between Lahaina and Kapalua. We would rent again.

“Perfect Stay in Paradise!” Tracy's condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary stay! We would not stay anywhere else on Maui except in one of Tracy's amazing rentals! The condo has a great location (across from the beach) and close to restaurants and shops. It is brightly decorated with happy cheerful colors and special touches! It was like a ray of sunshine! Both my husband and I loved the fact that the condo was well supplied --- everything from shampoo to an ice cooler and more. Tracy has thought of everything you need for a terrific stay --- even electric candles! The bed was so comfortable and relaxing! Tracy's binder on the coffee table was full of tips for a great vacation as well as menus from area restaurants. We loved seeing the large sea turtles swimming in the lagoon section at the beach across the street. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the condo as well. We were sorry to leave and return home. We can't wait to return to stay again at one of Tracy's Tropical Treasures condos! We enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a recently engaged friend for her honeymoon. Thank you Tracy for providing such wonderful accommodations and making our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable! We will definitely be back!

“Great island feel, clean, all the amenities you’d ever want, and close to it all.” We used this as the perfect spot to start and end our days. Stopped at Costco on way from the airport to get our basics. Had a homemade breakfast and dinner most nights and packed a few picnics. Great information supplied on which restaurants and attractions to see supplied by the owner. The decore was so adorable in the unit it was great to come home to. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were immaculate as well. After exploring the island it was soothing to relax here. We even got a chance to see our beloved Toronto Maple leafs play thanks to the Great cable coverage. Walked across to the beach several times and saw turtles and whales. Can’t wait to come back.

“Best trip to Maui ever!” We spent 2 weeks in Terry and Jill's fabulous condo. It had everything we needed and more! Laundry soap, spices, hand soap, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella plus lots more. Terry or Jill were always reachable before or during our trip to answer any questions. “Paradise Awaits You!” This is the perfect place to stay. The owners are fabulous to work with and provided excellent key information about the area! The accommodations are excellent with every need available from a fully stock kitchen to a wonderful living area with movies to a gorgeous set of bedrooms to a closet with everything necessary for a great day at the beach. Also, provided is music CD and lots of books for you down time leisure. We loved all of the amenities!!!! The location is ideally located to the beach, shopping, food, etc. The owners recommended a trip better known as the road to Hana. It is an island must do. I highly recommend a small tour group. It was a pleasure having an expert guide, driver, and cook take us on a super trip including lunch and trip along the back side of the island. Thanks for the perfect week in paradise. Looking forward to a return visit!!!

“Wonderful time!” My husband and I had the opportunity to spend 10 days at Tracy's place and loved everyday! She has stocked everything needed to make it a worry free vacation. It was wonderful to watch the sunset each night from our place. Also, there are a bunch of delicious places to eat at nearby. It was nice to be able to bring home leftovers, to enjoy the next day. LUXURY BEACH HOME POOL EXCELLENT LOCATION

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. We highly recommend this place and would like to thank the owners for extending us their every kindness. Sincerely, Don M
